Speaking as a single parent to a SEND child, a ‘proper one’ as kaytee would say.

I have actively tried to research charities which would benefit my CHILD, we receive financial aid through disability living allowance, again for my CHILD.

I’m not being a martyr by saying I don’t think about myself, but it’s not a priority no. My indulgence is simply making sure I have at least one full shower per week, if not I’m not ashamed to say a wet wipe bath and dry shampoo is a close runner up.


why is she painting the picture that single parents need to go to the gym, fancy hotels, have kerias, need extra money, to be able to look after their child safely???

no kaytee, the majority of single sen parents are perfectly able to care for their children themselves. With such a huge following she is completely damaging how others may think parents in her position are.

well you don’t speak for me. (And when my child is in hospital, all I wanted was them to get better, not sit and get pissed off that the kids in the cancer ward have it better)

you’re a joke love. You don’t deserve to be a parent to that amazing little boy.
 
Nice of her to highlight the realities of being a single parent while sat in her merc, childfree, outside the gym 🙄 she has no idea.
Latter how about you spend some money on therapy instead of your nails, and stop expecting someone to hand it to you (and everything else in your life) for free.
 
A long time lurker, I actually know Katie very well. I won’t say how because I don’t fancy the backlash that it will cause. I have known her years though, and while she was always a bit of a dick and self entitled, her current behaviour is setting new heights.

Being ‘jealous’ of a children’s oncology ward is unreal! Even for her.

What I will say is she won’t care that some people think she’s vile, she won’t care one bit. She just cares she has a platform to play with and feel important.

Her management company though should care. They are reading this, they have to be. You’re giving this creature jobs, money, a career, of which she will use to discredit others struggles, and push her agenda of “I want an easy life with all the support and funding and Instagram money and I know how I will get it.”

Cut her. Stop turning a blind eye because you get your management fee. If you don’t, then getting her to delete stories makes you admit she’s vile, but not have the guts to cut her because it gives you financial gain. Which makes you just as bad as her.

She is damaging the SEND community, don’t play your part.
 
Couldn't watch last nights stories in full ,it was the way she talked about the subjects with ease saying the words that are heart breaking and life changing without a blink or a change in tone and words emphasised because they are pronounced incorrectly maybe it's the accent 🤷‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️Also I do think she will be buzzing this thread is gaining momentum feeling she's famous now.

Fine by her. I've gone full circle in a short amount of time here. Surly that's gonna be the same for thousands of followers. Her boy deserves better.
 
First time posting but have been reading for a while now. Got to say I am not a single parent or a Sen parent so can't compare my situation with hers but this thread and the others have confirmed my thoughts about her. We have two boys, we both work full time and have no family around. To go out we need to pick who stays with the kids. I never get to go to the gym, my nails are never done, have not out make-up on since March when I stop going to the office. Having to look after kids while the schools were closed and work was a pain. How can she justify her demand is beyond me...she doesn't work (apart from the ads or course) she has childcare (nursery) and family around but still wants someone to look after her child while she sleeps? After doing nothing all day....she is not even cooking for that child or for her...
I love little J and I think he is an amazing little kids but just can't help feeling he is her pass to a luxury life....

First time posting on here but I have been reading since her threads started as I have had issues with her content for sometime And this mornings stories really annoyed me the whole cancer kids get all the stuff and that means their hospital stay is less awful than anyone’s else’s BS. All kids wards should have an Xbox and free chocolate because that will make it all better. Not the NHS should be properly funded

Her stories today are blowing my mind. She talks down to everyone as if she is a specialist in every subject she touches on.She announced her two friends have just been diagnosed with cancer and brain tumour but instead of showing empathy towards how they must be feeling is talking about bleeping free money....and herself.Why repeat over and over how staying in hospital with your sick child made you feel and not even mention the pain and anguish your son went through?
She really is portraying life as a ‘proper single SEND parent’ as pretty cushty- you should be entitled to a life outside of being a Kiera and have the bare minimum of acrylic nails,botox,lip filler,£600 micro bladed brows,hair cuts/colour,fake tan,4 holidays a year,a brand new car before being eligible for the mobility component of DLA then THE most expensive German Whip, a new build council house,PT and daily gym sessions,never go food shopping unless Tesco pay for it just buy Hello Fresh or Deliveroo,designer clothes,bags and shoes,plenty of 5* London hotel stays, as many Tinder dates as you want 🍆 as you can easily blag the system and get away with only having your own child a few hours a week.

She still managed to meet her ex fiancé during that time.So she went out on dates,so who would sit with J? He learned how to do his meds and feeds so I would say she wasn’t a ‘proper’ single parent going by her rules. Oh, and he took them to Tenerife,Cape Verde,Paris and Venice...She has said they lived in hospital for a year,the other day she said 7 months- It wouldn’t surprise me if they occupied a bed for several months with no medical need to be an inpatient but her waiting for housing to find Kayteee a brand new house that was up to her standards.But now that’s not good enough,she wants another bedroom for his equipment as it takes up too much room. Gratitude Kayteee!!! You can say you are grateful today but it’s too late, you have never expressed it ever before,sorry you have,when you get sent luxury gifts for yourself like £500 worth of beauty products from a beauty blogger,but when you got a walking aid gifted for your son ( the upsee) you gave it 10 seconds of airtime and no thanks at all.
