It looks more like prescribed milk and maybe tube supplies than medicine so if unopened can be donated to other families the pharmacist would bin it I would think. not sure about the top tins are they for thickening drinks?
Stuff like this can’t be given back to pharmacies or hospitals etc. if it was returned it would be destroyed. Unfortunately, they can’t take the risk. The same way no shop or supermarket will ever take back unopened baby formula - they can’t take the risk that it hasn’t been tampered with in someway.
