Have I missed something? Ten % of the profits from 398 each month will be donated according to Kathy. How much did she donate from September's sales?

Have I missed her talking about this or has she avoided talking about it? GOSH was supposed to be receiving the donation from September but who did she chose to receive the donation for this month? It's the last day of October so they should be receiving their 10% donation too soon. Has she announced which charity will receive November's donation?

If she sells items claiming a percentage goes to charity but keeps all the profit herself, isn't that fraud?

Didnt she say she'd only donate when she's making a regular amount?

She was only making £4.50 profit on each item. Thats why the prices were so high as the company she was using took most of it.

If she’s not a charity or registered trust then there’s no way to hold her accountable really, sadly.
 
She was obviously deluded enough to think this was going to take off as a big brand, and she'd make enough to keep up her expensive lifestyle, then donate a few quid each month to make herself look good.

Anyone with half a brain could see that after the initial rush of people wanting to support Jaxon's memory, nobody else would be interested, and it would die off. I think that's already happened, hence the trying to do it herself to make it more profitable.

I don't remember her saying that. She said she would donate from the fundraisers once she was financially stable but when she was advertising 398 I dont recall her saying she would only start donating from that once she is stable. She said she had chosen GOSH to receive that first month of sales and would announce each month how much was being donated and which charity was benefiting each month. I know 10% of profits wouldn't be a great deal but that's not the point when it's for charity.
