Would she have med reviews with whoever diagnosed her in the first place? Would this flag up or do they literally not give a tit as long as they're getting paid? How does it work?

Depends on her clinic. I’m sure the panorama documentary picked up on one that was just prescribing and not properly assessing whether people actually had adhd or not.
 
Not sure because I was nhs assessed. Was she private ?

but you do have reviews during the titration period when you’re figuring out your doseage. It’s all based on how you say you’re feeling though. Not sure why she’d have been kept on a med that she said was making her jittery and manic though!!

Even if she downplayed it at the med review (assuming she's googled and knows the meds shouldn't be affecting her like that) she's still posting it to her thousands of followers, many of whom will be diagnosed with ADHD and know that those side effects likely mean she doesn't even have the condition. This is all so weird.

And she paid for that holiday to Italy, I hope it was worth it! Imagine if she hadn't spent that to ensure that the kids get a nice Christmas, but of course she wouldn't have saved money. All spent on injections, nails, flammable £1 rummages, trips with boyfriends and coffees.
 
Wondering if she should buy herself another pair of hair straighteners even though her old ones are absolutely fine and work perfectly well 🙄 but I’m sure in a few weeks she will be moaning about the cost of Christmas and saying her kids know to not expect much
