Yeah I find this really odd? One of your best friends owns 2 nurseries and you wouldn’t consult them for advice when looking?

It is strange not considering them at all. She mentions though that the nurseries are Montessori/forest school so maybe she wasn’t interested in that in the first place and was looking for a more traditional setting. Loved how casually she mentioned though. Oh yes, my best friend actually owns two nurseries that we had completely forgotten about, hehehe

I work with kids who have a chronic diagnosis that means the nursery/preschool/kindy/school needs education before the child can start. As the person who has to go in and do the education for each educational facility before the child can start, I would be absolutely livid if I did my two hours of education and then the parent decided they were actually going to send their kid somewhere else

There it is. She 100% sees O as a “mini Jess”. I always had the feeling that all the praise was somehow for herself but maybe it wasn’t because she’s praising herself as a parent, it’s because she’s praising herself full stop. (Does that make sense?)
