Ah, looks like I’m alone in thinking Kieran cheated! His comment wasn’t really in the spirit of the game!
I actually don't agree with Kieran being allowed to give such a massive clue tbh.
Goes against the entire ethos of the rest of the game.

No you’re not alone, I completely agree. He may as well have named Wilf. I guess it’s within the rules, but it seems a shitty way to do things - there is NO WAY that Meryl, Hannah and Aaron had the slightest inclination about Wilf before Kieran spoke. So they didn’t win on merit, they won by default.

I don't see the problem with what kieran said and I'd say its completely in the spirit of the show. It's all about gameplay and backstabbing. The whole series has been about clues and giving things away.

I think its ridiculous that the Traitors couldn't be exposed. Without that there is no jeopardy for them

And actually it was Wilf that gave himself away with the ultimatum. If he hadn't done that he may have got away with it

Ah I think wilf deserved to win he had to do the tasks and pretend he was faithful.

Shame Kieran outed him

If Amanda was still there at the end, I’d have been happy for her to win but not Wilf.

Sorry but I think I said it on episode one that there was something dislikable about him and my view never changed.
To say he’d swear on someone’s life that he was a Faithful was pretty low.

It was Wilf threatening to never talk to any of them again if he was banished that was the light bulb moment for Hannah.
At least the other Traitors showed dignity when they were about to be banished but Wilf was embarrassing! 😆

The whole show was brilliant from start to finish. What a great ending! Kieran was a star. He wouldn’t have betrayed Wilf if Wilf hadn’t made it clear that he was going to stab him in the back. He got too greedy at the end. He could have maintained his alliance with Kieran and got 50K but he wanted the whole pot for himself.

This surely has to win a nice load of awards next year, hasn’t it? And here’s hoping they recognise what made the first series magic and keep that going for S2. Having a reality show cast filled with ordinary people rather than influencers was so refreshing and Claudia was the perfect host (and gave me serious wardrobe envy).

I still don’t think Meryl did after he spoke.

I think Wilf got too greedy & it was a backstab too far. There's safety in numbers! I think what Keiran did was excellent you can't just fuck people over & not expect them to bite back. Amanda or Alyssa could have done the same to him earlier on if they'd known he'd turned on them beforehand like keiran did.

Exactly, that was wilfs other mistake, you don't let someone know you're going to backstab them before you do. It then gives them a chance to come up with a counter plan.

Early on in large groups it was easy for him to get away with it but in such a small group it is easy for kieron to see and sense things

What a brilliant hour of TV! The high camp! Wilf's panic! Claudia crying! Ceremonial pouches!

Cannot believe Meryl just won 33k by simply having not one single useful thought in her head 😆

Or barely getting out the boat 🤣

Yes agree. Hopefully it won't turn into another platform for wannabees, then we look back on this series and realise it was lightening in a bottle. Ordinary people unprepared for the major hit on their hands.

My hope for series 2. As well as the existing format there is one traitor unknown to anyone including us. We are told they exist but don't know who they are. They are a sort of saboteur.
