I’m fairly new to this site and somehow missed this in the past. Did they seriously do this and say it in a video? I wouldn’t put it past them but wow. My heart breaks for Buddy and number 2.

A few years back, I worked with someone who... let's just say he made some bizarre choices. He was high-ranking enough in the company and had enough power that most everyone was afraid to be honest with him. No one wanted to disagree with his decisions or even to pull him aside and say: "Hey, maybe that's not such a good idea." Eventually his career flamed out, and he got pushed out of the company.

What does this have to do with the Trackers? They are similarly surrounding themselves with people who praise everything that they do while ignoring anything contrary to their own views. They dismiss any comments that aren't enthusiastic praise as "unwell" or "haterz", but it's bigger than that. They've alienated family and friends and only ever associate with other vloggers (who are just using them for clout) and paid-for fake friends like cruise employees and Stanny Lean* who wouldn't dare say anything negative for fear of upsetting the gravy train they're currently riding. They have no one in their lives to pull them aside and say: "Hey, Tim, Jenn, what you're doing is kinda stupid; maybe reconsider." They're stuck in an endless positive feedback loop regardless of what they do.

*Incidentally, I love that one stupid fan comment has turned into a long-running inside joke around here!

Tim is quite arrogant, but I think since he's the one in the parks the most, face to face with all of the vloggers they stole from, it wouldn't be his idea.

I think it had to be Jenn's. What I'm curious of is did she tell Tim first or just put the footage in without consulting him?

The worst are the ones who invite them to their wedding. Seriously? You think some vlogger would ever entertain the idea of attending the wedding of one of their fans? They don't like them enough to even acknowledge their comments. Get a grip, stans!

I think the entire thing was her. Everything about the YouTube platform is under her control. She would have learned about fair use when they tried to copy strike FRE and were denied. Because she is an idiot and doesn’t actually read anything she just assumed she could pull the tit she did which is why it is so infuriating that nobody has give. Them a copyright strike.

That's what I'm thinking.

I'm almost positive it was her idea. I could just see her casually throwing out "hey, what if we just took a bit of footage from the houses from others? would that be what they call fair use?" and Tim, open-jaw-catching-flies as he's in the middle of something with J., "Uhh... maybe."

I can't stand that fucker but I just feel like she'd be more apt to suggest it initially. And we all know his balls are currently hiding out with the wine corks 🍷 , so he'd not likely argue with her since she's the OfFiCIAL EdiToR and all.

A Disney influencer I follow on Instagram was with these same kids the same day or the day before (definitely within the same week). Soooo not sure what that is about.

I wish I knew about blocking them first before they can block you.. I've been blocked by these useless idiots since I told Jenn to calm the duck down after the 2016 election. Crying and distraught like the world was going to end.. I didn't vote for the guy either but I sure wasn't worried about anything.. heck my life actually got better until covid..

I’ve been trying to save up to take my kid to Disneyland for years. (We are WDW AP) I can’t imagine FINALLY making it there and spend all of my time on my phone for whatever reason. It’s not even an age thing bc I’m younger than Jenn. It’s sad really.

This has got to sting not only the Trackholes but their stans as well. The stans will pretzel themselves with excuses about the Trackholes turning down the media invite to give an unbiased report of D23 🤣 just like they turned down the media invite to HHN this year. Totally believable, only to the stans. #homemovies

I’m going to a 3-day work conference this month that’s expecting a smaller-sized 30K people flying in from all over the world (normally it’d be 100K) and I’ll be masking the hell up and not shaking hands. You leave from those with a cold at the very least if you’re lucky. Now you’ve got covid and monkeypox to consider.

Yup. To have that disposable income would be incredible for a lot of people. Making the most out of your trips is a must.. They're definitely going to regret missing out on family time though... Or maybe they won't... Maybe they'll get it right on miracle burdon number 2..

As for you, I hope you do get to Disneyland someday. It's incredible! We went only once and I have wanted wdw to close pirates ever since.. the DL version is sooo much better. Basically everything they have there is like an upgraded version except jungle cruise. Even their trader sam's is better!

I agree that the idea was initially Jenn’s. She probably asked Tim if it was okay to put in the clips and not contact the creators, he did his usual “mansplain I’m smarter than anyone” explanation of fair use. Regardless I’m sure he is aware now and he is complicit. He had the chance to man up and tell her to take it down, upload without the clip, and issue an apology to the creators they stole from.

I like to think it kills Dim to know he's no longer [and never was] the King of Orlando vlogging. Behind that 'golly gee whizz' act, he must be FUMING having to put footage out without being on any media list.
 
I wonder if Ginn the Disney-maniac (😂) didn’t go to D23 because…

1) she can’t be bothered to pretend to give a tit
2) they couldn’t afford a pass for her or decided for once her tagging along would be a waste of money
3) she didn’t want to come face to face with the vloggers whose footage she stole
