But she's lazy. WAY lazier than Tim.

And after Tim previously made that comment years' back about people stealing his stuff (and it'd likely still be in the back of his mind ...even if hidden somewhere), one has to wonder if SHE was, indeed, the driving force in stealing the other vloggers' content. :unsure:

I also doubt Tim would go out of his way to choose to take certain vloggers' footage like Dev's. Plus, she cited him as PCD (not even his full title) so you gotta wonder if she did that as a slight dig toward him, given their past.

Oh the execution was ALL HER. But the original idea? That was him. Where would she even pull even a hint of an idea of what fair usage is? He floated it past her and she did it.

I often wonder what they talk about when the cameras aren't rolling, if at all. Is she silently stewing away on Tattle? Or is Dim frantically pacing up and down hoping Papa Universal puts him back on the good boys list?

Honestly, it's hard to tell IMO. There are times where Dim's this sleazy used car salesman type who'd sell his own gran to get ahead. Then there's times where Gin's the Mrs Lovett to his Sweeney Todd.

You can also link a clip of the video. Click on the 3 dots ... and click "clip" Warning, Using the clip icon link does give your YouTube name away. The clip has a 1 minute time limit.

One of the late night jimmy shows had a segment where celebrities read mean tweets about themselves. If the Trackers were smart, they would embrace their “haterz” and make it funny. They could do reactions to some of our funniest work here and do a segment on answering the haterz questions. I’d love to hear their justifications!

why did you leave your helpless, defenseless miracle baby sleeping in a van on the side of the road with a stranger?
J: oh my god you guys….he wasn’t a stranger we knew him for like a full hour first!

why do you insist on hand feeding an almost 3 year old child ?
J: for us, we consider it concierge level parenting. T: Yeah Jenn would love someone to hand feed her-Disney get on that but make sure to give me credit for the idea! (Weird Tim I’m so smart laugh )

How do we not realize that our product sucks and why don’t we try to get better?
T: i don’t get this one at all! I mean I always have the best camera, best mic, Jenn spends 8 plus hours editing….even more if we have to steal…I mean (air quote) fair use footage. I think our stuff is really good. Come to think of it…I’ve never actually watched any of it. ( dumb laugh)
J: we don’t really have any more time in the day and People don’t realize how hard this! Plus I have a toddler. The nanny doesn’t get bossed around by herself you know.

Tim is a weasel, so he probably knew what he did was wrong but didn't care.
Jenn is stupid, so I could see the "fair use" disclaimer being her idea and genuinely believing it was right. She's also lazy, and while she could have simply asked the other vloggers for permission to use their footage (they probably would have said yes!), that's way too much effort for her to put into her work, so she just stole the footage instead.

There doesn't seem to be a function in the iOS app for sharing a video at a specific time -- at least that's what Google tells me; I don't have an iPhone myself to try it.

If you're so inclined, you can do it manually by adding: "?t=##s" (without the quotes) to the end of a YouTube URL where ## is replaced by the number of seconds into the video where you want it to start. For a longer video, you can use "?t=##m##s" and fill in the #s for minutes and seconds.
