Ugh if it does turn out to be a room for the nanny she is going to have no privacy and no sense of space. I can just see Dim kicking her out to film a podcast or live and I don't even know where she'd put her clothes, etc. I'm also assuming she would not have her own bathroom there.
And Buddy just walking in her room whenever he feels like it

Maybe I have no room to talk and maybe am just trying to justify myself because I have a tendency to keep too much stuff, but what really bothers me is not that they keep too much stuff but how it’s just such a mess. The way stuff is just piled in that room or in the garage drives me crazy. They feel they might need something someday so they just throw it on the pile. And don’t even get me started on the empty cardboard boxes constantly laying around in the kitchen/dining area.

I keep stuff in boxes in the garage or in closets and everything is labeled and I periodically go through them to determine whether I really need that or wait until the next purge. I can’t imagine living with all that mess like they do.

And I am sure none of us believes the guests coming soon story. It’s more like the mattress was being delivered and they were pressured to make that ad so they had to clean (a section of) that room. Just like how they were forced to clean the garage because the golf cart was coming. They would never, ever clean something unless they had to.

I agree, it's their methods that are insane. They have piles of crap and nasty ass cardboard boxes everywhere.

I keep a lot of stuff. But I'm an organization freak and cannot deal with clutter or chaos. We have a 3 car garage and the back wall of the single stall is floor to ceiling totes. All the same totes. All labeled and very organized. I have a several totes of American Girl dolls. Totes of Halloween tit, Lego sets. Easter. Valentines. Miscellaneous kid stuff. But I can walk out there and put my hand on anything, if someone asked for it. And when you open my garage doors, it doesn't look like an episode of hoarders.

I'm all for saving what you choose to keep. I hope my thoughts here are not misconstrued. My keepsakes are all labeled and stored neatly, thats just how I'm wired.
What annoys me with these 2 asshats is they can't even recycle or trash empty boxes. They have a storage unit, a large garage, and a 4 bedroom home, and it's all trashed.

Can you imagine how many t-shirts & kids clothes they have?

I was shocked to see the closest in that room was nearly empty? Like can’t you put stuff there? They go to Target constantly- buy some big plastic bins and actually organize that tit!
If we go with tracker logic, instead of buying a few $8 bins from target, they’ll pay $1500+bins for someone else to do it for them and to flex.

To me its the types of stuff they keep that's the bigger problem, like I get finding it hard to do away with stuff that actually have sentimental value to you, maybe a certain stuffed toy or a dress that your kid wore for 3 years because it was so special to them an it reminds you of that time, or even gifts that were given for special occasions, I'd think those would naturally be hard to give away an naturally you do want to hold on to those memories if you have memories with them

But they must have 100 t-shirts J has never worn or even looked at because they bought shirts from every single little shop on one out of the many vacations they took, or what about the 30 reusable bottles, or the countless toys that were bought just to shut the kids up that don't get looked at, they don't have a house full of things that give them memories, they have a house full of tit that was bought spur of the moment because they needed to feel good at the time spending money

1000% spot on here @Snippysnips

Ugh maybe they'll offer the room via AirBNB for rent I'm sure the ad would read something like this:
Cozy room for rent. Enjoy relaxation in a homey fill on a Birch bed! Enjoy charming people that may or may not be filming. Witness a live or a podcast being filmed from the comforts of your very own room! Guests can pop in at all the time. Enjoy the child of the useless for late night entertainment and thrills! Enjoy homemade vegan dinners for an extra fee at eleven at night and marvel at the wishbone collection when you brush your teeth at the kitchen counter. Using the bathroom and taking a shower are an extra fee. Do not move around the precious piles of junk in room.

Just be wary of the fine print.

*Guests are expected to be responsible for the care and well-being of two children at any time while while the hosts go eat lunch, run errands together or enjoy frequent late-night theme park events. Pacifiers are provided at no extra charge.

The “friends” are really just the nanny. She can spend the night when they’re coming home late or maybe they might even do a trip alone. This isn’t for actual houseguests.
Yeah that's what I think. It's another cost cutting exercise. They either don't want to pay for hotels at the last few HHNs, or don't want to deal with the kids when they are at the last HHNs. Honestly it makes sense to have somewhere for Nanny to stay over and as others have said, I bet Tim sleeps seperately at times too.

someone asked about Krispysmore earlier and I did wonder if they'd visit at some point but someone asked recently if they saw T&J last time they were in Disney with the girls and they said they hadn't. Of course, they have twin girls, Belle and Olivia so you can bet they've been kicked off Tracker Island by the fat fupa FOMO monster.

Ooooorrrr maybe the put a bed in the filming room because Jenn is setting up an Only Fans to supplement their income. Finish the podcast, swing the camera round and she'll set up on that bed shovelling food in her face for her nsfw Jenn feeder fans getting their fill of her 'Mommy milkers'

Let’s hope it’s because Dim needed his own room and not that. 🤣
