@CMDisney There’s video on this Facebook page, and the travel company’s IG, of Tim and his creeper glasses. I already wrote a detailed email to DCL about Tim’s use of the glasses to film other peoples children and I got the feeling from their response that they are taking his actions seriously

I would hope so. This has gone far beyond the point that no one has noticed or taken even the smallest bit of action to ask the guy to NOT WEAR DISGUISED RECORDING EYEWEAR AROUND CHILDREN (much less anyone else in a Disney owned property).
 
And in my case, he was wearing the ridiculous looking sunglasses INSIDE and trying to record other people’s babies…for his own monetary gain.

Seriously though, and stans, I’m mostly talking to you…how is this ok? Or ethical? This is not a good man. This is not someone to idolize. Even if these videos are innocent and not for the worst things you can possibly think of…recording other peoples kids IS NOT OK. EVER. In ANY circumstance.

Yes I'm quoting myself to add..
We are a private school family also( but not well off.. grandparents help us) and I couldn't image not being part of the community in a private school setting... the kids are going to be together for years and there are only so many of them.. I'm not saying be besties with everyone but find a few friends that you can count on...
 
A couple of days ago I was at one of the parks, mom pushing a stroller little girl (approximately 4/5 ish) in the front living her best life.
The issue is she was sitting in the stroller with her knees to her chest. No shorts under her dress. No telling how long she was like that and I know mom couldn’t see because she was behind her. I tell mom to have her put her legs down, and I was gentle with my approach of course, and mom was very thankful.

My thing is how many strangers got this on film, unintentionally or intentionally. It’s a scary dark world out there and these babies have to be protected at all cost
 
And me asan adult, when I see people recording, I try my best to dodge the cameras because I don’t wanna be in anyone’s film. Tim and those stupid glasses are taking that choice from me, that’s what I don’t like. No I’m not starting in anyone’s face searching for a light.

Tim said “everyone” at Disney has them, I guess to justify using them. Another one of his non factual facts he likes to blurt out.

This right here is what first made me take notice of it. Why INSIDE? This dude carries the most humongous, obvious camera around everywhere and (seemingly) isn’t embarrassed by it- yet he wears the stealth camera glasses inside to take pics? Why? Not like you are going to get amazing lighting and super sharp photos with these inside. And who wears sunglasses inside for any amount of time besides right when you come in from outside or maybe if you are seated at a restaurant with super bright sunlight blasting in the windows.

Yep... Another flag.
 
A little insight on Tim filming/photographing kids. He knows how to do it. A few years ago a live-streamer filmed my granddaughter dancing from behind (focusing on a 5 year old’s rear end). I gave a detailed report to Disney and their response was basically “we’re sorry you had an unpleasant encounter with another park guest”. You Tube also wouldn’t take it down because it didn’t show her face. I argued that it showed mine without my consent. They said I was in a public place. I reminded them I was on private property that I paid to enter. They stopped responding.
I had already stopped letting her wear the princess dresses because I found out what the child po#n peddlers do with that footage. I hope the laws will catch up with you tube and protect kids someday.

Disgusting...

Boy... These companies are ALL ABOUT protecting children after sometime goes wrong. They make huge, empty statements about being champions for children.

A day or two later, back to status quo.

Re: J5D and a play group/being around other moms

1) J5D hates both her two boys, especially Oliver.
So I don’t see her even attempting to join a group

2) She is socially awkward or just plain full of herself.
Remember how at the school Mother’s Day brunch she sat way off to the side, eating, away from the main group of moms?

Guess we’ll need to ask our Representatives in govt to write a bill.
 
Tim could be aimming his camera at the Disney characters but if there are little kids around that aren’t yours in the video you need to blur them out. I’m not a parent but if I saw my kid show up in a YouTube video I would be really upset. I know Jenn edits the vlogs so why can’t she blur the kids that are not hers out of the video.
