Well they do have 2 new liens against their house. 1 for the new roof and 1 for the new solar system. I assume this is standard procedure and will be removed once payment is made in full. The fact the roof one is dated 10/3/2022 is a bit eye opening shouldn't they have that paid off by now? Maybe it is just a paperwork delay not a payment delay but will check back in a couple of weeks to see if those are removed. I don't see the word lien on these documents but that is what it reads like to me. Also only Tim's name is listed. *Standard disclaimer Florida makes this info too easy to look up online.

She was spotted with a Lilly bag in DS, they’re definitely going somewhere with a beach/pool vibe. I doubt they’re headed anywhere cold or they would’ve had to buy all new coats, sweaters, hats, gloves, scarves, etc.

AMI is a great guess, but might be too much work for them in a house. Ginn is definitely trying to do the least amount possible, so they’ll def be staying in a hotel. If they’re not dumb enough to get on a plane, I also wouldn’t rule out the Keys.

Atlantis is another good guess, it’s a short flight, but Ginn wouldn’t be able to enjoy the waterpark. I don’t think she’ll go to places where she has to miss out on doing things. However, she will go to the spa every chance she gets.

Will they bring Buddy? Will they bring Buddy and the nanny? Will he stay home with the nanny while they galavant around?

I’m sorry, but I feel that I have to politely disagree. Jenn is an acknowledged expert at sitting on her fat ass and doing absolutely nothing of use - for many hours at a time!

I think that's standard until everything gets finished and the final payment goes though once the job shows completed.

But damn, $16,000 for the roof. $68,000 for the solar. Add on the 5 cruises and 9000 other luxurious stays, home meal boxes, toys, toys, more toys....there's no way they aren't over spending. Even if they saved a ton by not traveling in 2020. Even if YouTube is paying way more than any of us think they do. That is a ton of money for a family to spend in one year.
 
I have a feeling that they probably did put away a good bit of money when they were in their peak an have now spent a good dent of that on these overpriced cruises thinking that they were going bring in huge numbers an everything would have been fine

But these videos haven't brought in the huge views they thought they would, they were probably banking on at least one or two hitting or being near to hitting 1m views, so now they are burying their heads in the sand rather than realise money is never going to be what it was, they have now gotten used to this rich lifestyle an spending lifestyle an now have to grift from stans to make up some back up money because savings have probably taken a heavy hit

The stans money won't be anywhere near what they are hoping for an it certainly won't cover the ridiculous amount of vacations they have especially the cruises, but it could be enough just to take some of the pressure off the house bills

When we had our roof replaced…no one put any liens on our home…i don’t think that is standard procedure if you pay it off in full and don’t have any issues with making the payment

I have only replaced one roof so I don’t have much knowledge as to standard procedures but we had our roof replaced and there were no liens placed on our property for it…so I guess I’m just curious as to why that would be done…
 
I’m voting Aulani. We are saying it would be stupid as if that would rule it out as a choice for them. The fact that it’s stupid is exactly why I’m voting for it….Trackers decision making= stupid.🤣

you walk in the door and need to put your things down do you….invest in some hooks and shoe rack to hang your bags and store your shoes or put them on every counter, stool and in front of the freezer door. Bojos say….litter the place with our tit!

I mean I could go on for days….but I have to get back to work.
 
They have a mechanic‘a lien (contractor lien) placed on their home because they haven’t paid in full for the work performed. They aren’t on a payment plan because most contractors don’t like having to file liens. So they are definitely delinquent. They have a right to file liens for work but that doesn’t mean they will automatically place a lien on your home.

When I replaced my roof I paid 1/2 up front and the other 1/2 upon completion.

My pavers and house siding were a deposit, 1/2 of balance due at beginning of project and the remaining balance upon completion.

So this lien talk is new to me, as I am used to the bill being settled upon project completion for any house related services.

The roofing/solar companies must have had reasons to put a lien on McMansion (like Tim insisted on monthly payments) or it is a Florida thing. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So are you saying that the Bojanowskis are delinquent in the payments on the roof and solar projects?

🤔 are house repairs/improvements run through the LLC or are they their personal responsibility?

In other words are the Bojos trying to hide behind the LLC so they don’t have to be financially responsible for the work?

Ginn said a few live shows ago or in some home vlog they were going out of state. Unless they changed their minds, I don't think it'll be AMI or any place in FL. Although, maybe she meant out of the county instead of state - with her confusion around time zones and geography and directions and well, existing in general, you never know.
