Hey Zoe, top cooking tip, boil the kettle a couple of times and put that water into the pot on the stove and it’ll boil pretty much straight away, so you can actually boil the pasta or rice, rather than just stewing it in warm water until it’s soft.

Also, Parmesan isn’t vegetarian, never mind vegan. It has rennet in it during the production process. Though I will give you that that dish was pretty healthy, although lacking in protein.

You can get vegan grated hard cheese, but it's hard to come by and it's not worth it to be honest.
