I actually want Ubah to stay on full time for next season. She's been very entertaining the last few episodes and she's been able to have her own opinion, separate from the ladies, for a few of the different issues (ex: Brynn's flirting with Adam, Jessel's backstory)

she's not winning them bc the money isn't from stolen funds. she's winning the cases bc technically she wasn't the one directly stealing from the victims, technically Tom was the one stealing the money. She's showing that it was "her" money that was used to buy things, even though she got the money from Tom (she had no job prior to housewives and even her housewives checks couldn't cover her expenses).
Also Erika's ex is probably one of, if not, the smartest lawyer in American history. that man is an expert in knowing loopholes. so it's no surprise him and Erika are able to get away with all their wrongdoings

Not an Erika fan - but I agree with this.

She has technically done nothing wrong.
 
Erica has not done anything technically wrong u agree and I don't think it's fair how she was held to a higher standard that coach shah who was a trained lawyer when they are both spouses of fraudsters. People need to focus their EJ hate towards Tom's firm partners particularly his son in law, what did Erikas step daughter know!?!?

HOWEVER

The way she spoke about the victims and appearing to sympathise with Tom was wrong and made her look as though she has no heart. She couldve expressed sympathy without admitting guilt/ responsibility. She's toned down her rhetoric but in the first season of it all transpiring she came across as heartless
 
@Joannabloggs that is literally my thoughts. If she had come out when all this was coming out and made a statement saying she had no idea what was going on, it was wrong if true and that she was as much in the dark as anyone, it would have gone so different for her. The whole not showing sympathy as it might make her look guilty was bollocks, she came across so badly and cold hearted. It wasn't even as if she was neutral, she actually made herself look more involved by not showing any feelings of upset.

Do I think Tom moved a lot of money around and she was aware it was probably not totally on the up and up, yes. Do I think she knew he was ripping off victims, probably not.

I think all assets bought using Tom's money should have been seized but I don't think she has done anything close to what people are trying to put on her.

Dorit needs to go...but can we keep PK for the sarky comments?!
