The Radford family #62 Sue "Dis-ney" care about education, it's all about the Florida vacation..

The name thing is definitely getting ridiculous now. It's people's current obsession with wanting to give kids unusual names for attention. There is nothing wrong with normal names or spelling names how they should be spelt.
Exactly, and if you give a child a name like Ayprill or however she spells its, its still pronounced April so all it means is that she's got a lifetime ahead of her of spelling her name out for people. It's stupid

If sue had helped with a deposit on a private rental we would all know about it . We would have had viewings etc and there would be an episode out of it .
How on earth they have managed to get a council property . From what I know of families near me it’s been declare homeless . Temporary accommodation some for well over a year before an offer has been made

I work with somebody who is currently going through this process. It’s long and difficult and from what I see, is set up to deter you at each stage. How they get council properties as soon as they’ve given birth is beyond my understanding.

I live in the south but have heard housing is easier to get up north? No idea if that’s actually the case! I know private renting is much cheaper.
We got a HA house very quickly due to landlord selling our privately rented home, but we already had children so maybe that helped. If I rocked up at the council with my first baby bump I can’t imagine it would be a quick process.

Social Housing is much more readily available in places like Morecambe than cities and the South East. There’s very little there, no one wants to move there unless they’re looking to retire to the coast (and much more likely to choose Lytham and buy), more likely when young to want to leave, no big employers to draw people to the area, and if they can claim overcrowding they’ll probably be housed pretty quickly. The social housing availability is very different there than large towns and cities.

He’s in court today
