They used to get the sheep to send those whitening strips to them during lockdown. Strange how they are so vain in some ways - teeth whitening, hair transplant, eye treatment, Botox yet have schoolboy haircuts, Prick has half of an eyebrow, they dress like a 90s tribute act and Pouty’s teeth! Pricks bottom teeth are terrible too.

Takes one to know one lol The car rental was such a mistake - long line, upgrade pressure, paying for a full tank, drop off fee.......And still won't admit they should have taken the train/bus.

He had basic insurance and didn’t read it properly. The company want reassurance that if anything happens they are covered and have a right to ask them to upgrade the insurance package. Again they are disrespecting company’s

Stupid advice to the sheep to get the cheapest car insurance. If you have an accident in the US there’s no limit to the damages the other person can charge they can sue for loss of earnings etc not like in the U.K. He’s such a wazzock

He likely did have the right insurance. He booked through this company which is run by an English guy called Andy. He doesn't sell anything that doesn't have full insurance and he has some guides out there about standing your ground at pickup. They try this one with foreigners not knowing/caring/checking that we do have all insurances included. The agents are paid in commission for upsells so they will say anything to get you to upgrade. It's all very slimey and I loathe picking up a car for that reason. However, he explained it terribly and his focus was 'they are cheats' which is true but the focus should have been 'check you do have the right insurance before telling them to piss off' Not all companies inc insurance so there is a chance they could be right but usually they are just low paid workers desperate for a commission and willing to lie and cheat to get it.
