The other tattoo (the bow) seems like a typical design that a teenage girl would pick out, a fairly standard thing to have, like years ago everyone had butterflies or a rose or whatever but the one on her arm is just odd and she will definitely regret it.

Yep and a piercing isn't even permanent, unlike a tattoo. It doesn't make sense, but then this is the Inghams and nothing ever makes sense with them.
