It’s not up to him. They’ll give him short shrift and just do it. She’s had more than enough children who she is refusing to care for properly, including their unborn baby and any random can see that from their ridiculous channel, and yes Chris you are every bit as bloody useless.

That’ll mean no holidays before or during Christmas and she will be need to attend appointments to check on it healing and also for baby. So that’s an end to their trips before and during Christmas. Given her history of lying there’s no way they’ll be happily saying to her it’s ok to pop away for a ‘short’ holiday which for these freaks means two weeks. No cancelling either.

I predict in a year he will be gone and the channel as well. He won’t hang around once she can’t have more kids that’ll be it and, then she and the kids, including the third adult, will need to step up and be forced into school. Real life is coming for them and, that’s an end to the happy joking with social services for Sarah. No more manor, Isabelle wouldnt be able to live with them at 18 either in rented accommodation, she’d be expected to find her own.

The real question is of course, were them spar spuds in summer REALLY worth it?
I hope your right for all their sakes. I would happily pay for a one way ticket (planes and boats and trains) or even a new pair of skates. Anything as long as he does one. Thanks

A NEW SCARY BIRTH PLAN AFTER OUR SECOND OPINION..

Lazy is in the car. She has curled her hair for her second opinion appointment for Cystopher. Loads of people shared their cyst and cesarean stories on the vlog the other day. They’re going in more prepared and open today. Creepstopher is more nervous than her. He hopes they don’t get fobbed off like last time.

Creepstopher says it was a long time in the hospital. It’s now 3:30pm. They feel a bit better but the options are similar. Every concern was listened to. They’re off to Tesco as they’re desperate for sushi. Creepstopher is in the mood for California rolls with dried onions all over them. They head over to the sushi. He says the girls aren’t getting any.

Lazy and Creepstopher have chosen a sharing platter with chicken teriyaki bites. They stop off for a cheeky McDonald’s coke. They get soy sauce and give it a raz. They have monster jobs to get done when they get home. Creepstopher chats about using chopsticks and then says the dumplings look like shrivelled up balls but uses a ruder word. Lazy tells him he can’t leave the clip in after saying why he just did but he says he can. He’ll put a parental advisory in.

Lazy is home with Mila. Mila says they always share. They’re sharing rah-sup-breeze. An empty Amazon bag lays on the sofa. Jace asks for a raspberry. Jace and Mila play in the garden. Creepstopher is up on the balcony.

Today’s appointment went better than last week’s. Lazy did see a consultant last week. The doctor today was very thorough. After the examination she said it’s nothing like she’s ever seen before. Cystopher is very rare but is a cyst, just in an unusual location. Doctor thinks it’s connected to Lazy’s urethra. Lazy needs an MRI and surgery after delivery. The doctor mentioned getting Lazy’s tubes tied during a cesarean. They’re definitely done having chuldren. Lazy has an 80% chance of giving birth naturally without any intervention. The doctor said she wouldn't want to do a procedure during labour. Lazy is super duper glad about that. All of her questions were answered. Cystopher could rupture during labour but that wouldn’t be an issue. It’s not a big risk.

Lazy can go into labour naturally. The midwives would probably want a doctor to have a look, but they’d check the notes and see that the doctor today thinks Lazy is ok to deliver vaginally. The doctor wanted a decision there and then. The midwife was at the appointment with them to make sure Lazy was happy and understood. Lazy is pretty sure she’s made up her mind. She has until tomorrow to decide. Lazy’s midwife told her to sleep on it. Lazy and Creepstopher had a long chat in the car with pros and cons of both. She's 90% sure she’s going for the elective cesarean. She doesn’t know what’s changed her mind. She’s genuinely exhausted worrying about it. She needs to take control and have peace of mind. The other option was an induction as they don’t want Lazy going into labour naturally.

Lazy is mourning not having a natural delivery. She feels better knowing there’s a plan in place. She and Creepstopher can have a good nights sleep then get up the next day to meet their baby girl. This isn’t the easy option but the best for her. She doesn’t want to go into spontaneous labour and have the worry of what if. They wouldn’t be able to tie her tubes in an emergency cesarean. The girls agree with her. If she went into labour before the cesarean she’d try for a natural delivery. Lazy feels like she has more control back. She doesn’t want to continue worrying for the next couple of weeks.

Lazy is worried she won’t be able to do anything after the surgery and will just be sat breastfeeding. Comment below cesarean essentials. She won’t need to sprits for bits, will need high waisted pyjamas and different knickers.

Isabelle thought she’d end the vlog. She’s been running around with Jace and Mila. She’s been asked for book recommendations. The affiliate links are in the description below. You have to read a series by Elsie Silver. Cutesy romance books. She read the Shatter Me series and that got her into that genre of reading. Isabelle is really sad as Ignite Me has disappeared into thin air. She’s thinking of doing a book recommendation video and people begged her to on Instagram.

I think they are about a week behind now
I'm fairly sure today's vlog was filmed on Monday.

You can imagine how the gynae team meeting went last week.
“We’ve got an appointment scheduled for a second opinion next week. I know you’ve been through it all with them before but can we send XXX to see them next time because they seem to have limited understanding of the situation. Obviously offer the exact same options but in words of no more than two syllables. Can we get a midwife in as well because they seem like they might start making tit up as soon as they leave the office. Oh, if it makes it easier, you can totally tell her it’s all very rare to make her feel special”

I'm fairly sure today's vlog was filmed on Monday.

So Izzy is looking to do a book tube video, something I’ve mentioned on here a few times in the past (and as recently as the last thread). Tell me you read Tattle without telling me you read Tattle!

Seriously though she should branch out. Do a recommendation video, do a tour of your bookshelves, do a top ten, books you didn’t finish etc, etc. It’s certainly better than poking your tongue out all the time and looking like the village idiot.

The reason they will want to induce her at 39 weeks if she opts for a vaginal delivery is that she has reasonably quick labours - 4 hours from first contraction with Mila and Mila was early. The induction means they can manage her in hospital with the staff knowing her history and a plan in place, rather than her turning up unannounced and fully dilated about to give birth. If the cyst is a urethral diverticulum which is a bulge in the wall of the urethra (urine tube) that sticks out into the vaginal wall. Can be from previous birth trauma. That is repaired surgically through the vaginal wall - not during labour as she will need an anaesthetic. I’m pretty sure that she would need a catheter in place for up to a week to let the urethra heal as well. although if it bursts during labour it’s not dangerous but she would need it repaired before going home. I’m surprised she hasn’t had UTI’s or urine leaking when she coughs as urine can collect in the diverticulum pocket.

The midwife in the meeting, could it be a specialist midwife if they are being monitored by other services? It’s not the norm in my trust to have a midwife at consultant meetings, a student or a nurse maybe depending what it’s for but not a midwife. I think asking for a second opinion is fine and I actually encourage women to do it if they feel unsure(would hate anyone on here to think they shouldn’t ask when reading some comments).
I think Sarah would be a lot clearer on things if she didn’t have Chris there whispering in her ear and making her doubt what she is being told.
