Oh yes! And we’d get notifications of reactions going back months! @bump1212 (fellow American 🇺🇸 🙂) could write a dissertation on the Inghams - and Tattle!
I am an English Literature major so I could write a dissertation!! It would be so long though. I have so many thoughts about them. I am still reading through the old threads so I’m glad to hear that you guys enjoy the throwbacks! I think it also shines light on how bad their previous lifestyle and behaviors are.

@Otterwise :myou’re awesome! I love talking to you guys on here. My real friends have no idea about any of this. They would hate these two so much though.

I think it's time we started a crowdfund for a decent bra for Christopher Malcolm, who appears to be on his "angry week" every week.
I also noticed how big his boobs are! And he thinks he is such hot tit LMAO

That’s the cool thing about Tattle - we’re pretty much anonymous, yet a kind, funny and supportive community. Likewise none of my friends know about life on here. It’s kind of our secret world 🤫 😘

This is probably going to be an unpopular opinion but
When they do go down and the truth really does come out like full force I hope the ifam go down with them. I dont mean like prison but I hope they feel crappy for supporting a p*do his fat excuse of a mother wife and those poor children been used.
I know many if not all have mental problems but its not like they havnt been told many times what they are!
I completely agree!!! And I hope some of them was this.

A
Beef and chicken stock cubes together?

And full fat soy sauce. The levels of salt in that slop would be way over recommendations. Add in cream, butter, oil - all so unhealthy. And we know Malcolm piles on the table salt on everything.
Remember when Lazy was ‘concerned’ about her health and was going to make changes to her diet? No, neither does she. Poor kids.

My daughter who is over a year younger than Izzy sits her first Nat 5 exam today in maths (Scotland). She only turned 15 in February and has studied loads for these exams. Izzy inspirational speech was laughable when you think of the work these kids are putting in and how little she has done. I want to wish all kids sitting Nat 5, GCSC, highers etc the next of luck over the new few weeks

The pressure that kids face with exams is honestly so sad. Someone on here said the other day that kids where revising for 8 hours a day. It really isn't life or death if you don't get the grades you wanted, but a lot of parents and the school system make it feel that way, as if your life is going to be carved out by the choices you make at 16 and that really is the world for anyone to carry on their shoulders.

Plus, who cares if you're not in the 'top' university, it's the same course, you just can't brag about how elite you feel. It is important she takes them but it's not the end of the world if she doesn't do too well. Many college courses offer you the chance to come in an extra day and do GCSEs on the side if you didn't get the grade needed. You only need Cs to do A-levels if that is what she wanted, she could even do further education course in the future.

Anyway, there are lots of options, kids have so much pressure on them already and their physical and mental health is more important than anything, which is why I worry for Isabelle, poor girl really has it rough to say the least.

I have children doing exams and one sitting A levels this year. They all want to do well, they want to do well for themselves, they are proud of their achievements, they’ve worked hard over a long period time and they deserve to do well. At this point they all want to have careers where they need a degree. My eldest has an offer to a highly competitive course at one of the top universities in the UK. If I sat them down and said what Isabelle said “it’s really not a big deal if you fail some of your exams” they’d look at me as if I was on a different planet.

I do have chats with them about other options if it doesn’t go well on the day, they always know there is a plan b. I’m not sure who Isabelle’s speech is aimed at, whether her lack of confidence and preparedness (if she is sitting them) is making her believe she isn’t going to do as well as she hoped and so they’ve drummed into her it’s not a big deal if she doesn’t get the grade she wanted. I think she had mentioned she is stronger at written essay subjects rather than maths. But to talk about GCSEs and avoid talking about herself is just strange.

I agree that many people who do poorly at GCSEs go on to successful lives, careers and further study. That many families and almost all schools place unbearable pressure on kids and impose wildly unrealistic standards on them for how long or how much or how hard they should work. Just to remember everything they need to be able to vomit back out in two or three hours in essay, short answer and multiple choice format. That's not educating children. It's rote learning.

That's not the point with Izzy though, is it? The point is that she has been manipulated into leaving standard education, manipulated into lying about being home schooled and is being manipulated now into lying about sitting exams. She will be manipulated into lying about college choices. By the time they've done with making a spectacle of that girl, Izzy will be labelled and judged for being that which was the only choice they gave her. An isolated, socially awkward young woman with no education, no qualifications, no friends, no outside resources and no idea of how to begin finding any.

All she will know how to do is what they've taught her - lie on the internet for money. And the money is fast disappearing from view - or more aptly, from the lack of views.

What on earth will become of her?

Totally agree. I’ve never liked the way schools etc imply that you’re a failure and your life is basically over if you don’t do well at GCSEs. I didn’t, I failed pretty much all of mine as I had a lot of tit going on but it still didn’t stop me from getting a degree.

The pressure on my eldest daughter from school over her GCSEs was immense, she was revising for hours each day, so much so she stopped eating and ended up in hospital attempting suicide the night before her exams started. She managed to sit a few in the end and pass which was enough to get her into college (even if she hadn’t she would have gone in at a level 3 instead of 1) and now she’s at uni.

Our family has gone through so much tit in the last 23 years, it’s been awful at times. My husbands death last year brought it home to me that in the greatest scheme of things it’s not the end of the world if you fail, there are always always options, my childrens mental health, which to be honest is fragile, will always and upmost be my priority. My middle daughter is year 10 and is struggling so much at the moment, I’ve said just do your best, no pressure from me and tbh just getting her to eat properly and out in the fresh air and interested in life again is a start never mind her bloody GCSEs 😭.

Sorry for the essay! Izzy if you do ever read this, just surviving in your family is your number 1 priority. I truly hope you can break free one day and live your life the way you want to

Their garden reflects their cold sparse home. Their last garden was the same, no love gone into it.. No flowers, no trees, basically no colour.
I am far from a green fingered Monty Don, but I try to inject a bit of life into my garden, that's with 2 big dogs ruining the lawn, Lol.
Their garden has no views, as they like to convince themselves of, only dead flat farmland, pylons and a motorway.
I truly pity their neighbours, these Inghams have no class nor social skills, they scream, screech, bellow, bloody hell, imagine sitting on your patio and listening to that!

Yes 😄 You lovely lot have truly helped me through this past year, my virtual companions and a distraction throughout this past year of hell, I haven’t always agreed with everyone lol but you’ve all kept me going and made me laugh sometimes

They are that typical family you'd avoid on holiday ,no manners ,loud, selfish ,feral kids with no boundaries and its all down to the lack of parenting ,they can't even wash themselves 🤢

If I was their neighbour and looked out at their garden to see the Creepy gnome on a sit on mower I would find it hilarious. And the neighbours will look because they are very close to the houses either side. The garden really isn't big. If walking along with a lawnmower is such a problem, why not do something with parts of the garden so its not just a square of grass. Our garden is quite big but parts have trees and wildflowers so doesn't suit a neat look anyway, bushes down the side, when we get round to it we'd like to attempt to grow a few vegetables, then the grassy bit isn't a big deal to maintain. We don't really like gardening so it suits us that it still has colour/life in it without us really doing too much. One of the benefits of buying an old house though is that the garden is established and not just an empty wasteground.

The lawnmower will just add to the rest of the vehicles in the drive and end up a rusty piece of junk like everything else will. The house will look more like a scrapyard than the manor Lazy thinks she has.

I’m in my 30s and for my current job, I had to provide all my qualification certificates including GCSEs so let me tell you Sarah and Chris, it does matter if you pass or fail. And I’m sure the pair of them barely have a handful of GCSEs between them but they shouldn’t let their children go down that same path.
I got a hand full of C grade O levels.. Hubby hardly got any qualifications at school but he's put himself thru night school a'd we've both worked hard in our jobs to get promoted etc and made a decent life... But we are both so proud that our daughter got her GCSEs with some 9's a'd is now studying A levels... Isn't that what parents want... Their kids to do better than they did
