I'm the same, I don't get how people can say they don't care. This poor child is innocent and being abused and neglected by his awful awful parents. It's heartbreaking!!!

What kind of idiots decide to go home after 8pm? I know it's evening in their world but still, they should have gone home straight away, especially when they were so far away from a hospital with an A and E department.

I've always thought it strange that they include the girls in major decisions, Creepy and Lazy are the so called 'parents' so for once act like it. I bet it was lsabelle and Esme who were pushing for them to go home.

So Sarah strikes again exploiting her chirldren for money ... eee my god it broke heart seeing that little boy. Firstly he already has eye problems so for me if I was Izzy and he had repeatedly said to me his eye was hurting then I would tell my mother as I would be alarmed... I then if I was Sarah and thankgod im not! I would definitely be keeping a close call on him even tho she wasn’t aware at that point he told Chris before bed which would of prompted Izzy to say he had been saying it to me all day... then again once I knew I would have him with me and keeping an eye on him I would not be able to sleep properly. As soon as I seen the change in the eye through the night I would of took him straight through to the hospital. No cameras no nothing... if that hospital sent me home I would of refused to leave because that is not normal in no child!!! And for then to go back to you’re caraaaaaavan you continue you’re holiday while you’re poor little boy is in distress.. acting normal as she said but he doesn’t know how to act in that situation Sarah he’s bleeping 2!!! .... I cannot believe she was going on about how little space they have in the caraaaaaavvan only 10 mins before on the same vlog to then still stay and not get home where he obviously wants to be where any kid wants to be when they feel poorly never mind in a serious ill position like he was omg everything is so wrong about that vlog and I hope they delete it even if they need to make money off it just delete it. They were probably shocked because she 'dresses' him up like a baby, he had a sleep style sack on and a dummy in. They likely thought he was much younger, especially as she said he didnt make a sound.
Although she seemed really proud and boastful of the fact he didn't say a word or make a noise. She's either sick in the head or thick, or more likely both.
He obviously is feeling so unwell he doesn't want to make a noise, it's nothing to be proud of.
I've noticed she always has to have SOMETHING from the medical professionals to make herself feel better. Tiny baby, smallest theyve ever operated on, best speech of any toddler, best behaved, most polite, potty trained SO early etc
She latches on to it, needs the validation.

If I woke up to my child looking like that I'd sling on the nearest clothes I could find and get straight to the hospital. I wouldn't even fanny around brushing my hair. You should see some of the states I've turned up to a&e like with a poorly child. Sarah however looked all made up and even stopped to vlog. She doesn't have a maternal bone in her body

I came on here to say exactly this. The one time I had to take my son to A & E after an allergic reaction, which was also swelling. I was out the house in seconds. I assumed she had filmed the intro after taking Jace to hospital. She was that calm (yet giddy). Not before. The poor boy asked to go back home. To his own bed. But no, nothing was going to drag them away from their 'littul holiday'. Absolute disgrace
