Where did you decide to go? That’s not surprising about the clinics - at one point they were claiming to be open in Dubai (ages before they actually were) and for all intents and purposes you couldn’t book in and when you enquired they were “fully booked” but it turned out she was just on holiday there and it wasn’t ready to go 😂 they do seem to genuinely have a clinic there now though but probably only because she tit her pants at the interest and having to keep fobbin folk off. It still gets me when she humble brags and post things about her kids all rags to riches and perseverance and how you’re to be kind and kids are everything - what about Ruddocks kids? She didn’t give a crap about them when selling her story to the tabloids. For everything she says about positivity and trolling you can literally just look online and find examples of her doing the opposite 🤣

The last review on trust pilot is especially suspicious.
She fakes them all the time but this on is far too obvious. She has it out for Dr Melissa since she left to start her own clinic (like they all do!!) and you can tell them the writing style that it’s written by and one and only

There was a review somewhere of beauty broker and they commented saying it was the CC leaving the negative review, and then she quite clearly commented back saying she was an object of beauty brokers “jealous desire” 😂😂

love the new post from her calling out all the celebrities who use filters and admitting she “sometimes” does (but mostly hella good lighting of course mmm-hmmm!).
I wonder how she would feel if someone whipped up a side-by-side photo of her ‘in real life’ next to one of her Instagram story selfies?

Ffyona actually looks like the bride of Wildenstein in real life. She is great at Facetune I will give her that.

So glad I have found some real people that have real knowledge on the consultant clinic!! (I don’t trust the reviews). Is it a complete no no or are some of the drs decent? I am close to booking lip fillers with Dr Caoimhe there, if anyone has any experience with her?? Would be much appreciated!!☺️

I had my lips done by her back in July and I’m really pleased with them. I’ve got a bit of a phobia with needles and she was lovely and made me feel at ease.

I don’t think any of Drs there are bad I’ve seen a few of them. I personally chose to go there after a bad experience elsewhere and the fact they give dental block is a win for me! They are expensive and I’m sure there are plenty of other injectors that are a fraction of the price and offer great results but I’ve always been happy with them.

If you want to make sure you’re abandoned if anything goes wrong, and to spend a ridiculous sum of money with a very inexperienced practitioner then book in! There has been the occasional good doctor or dentist working with the CC. But they’ve moved on. You’ll get far better results for less money, with good aftercare by looking for a local doctor with good reviews.

Whenever I’ve been there the results are good, unfortunately the owner is like a middle man and so the costs will be higher than going to a Dr who works independently. I would get a contact number to get in touch with them directly if you do decide to have treatment with them, rather than trying to follow up with their helpdesk email. This will just direct you to the owner Ffyona who isn’t a dr and is very rude and obnoxious when myself and others have had to deal with her.

I now go directly to one of the doctors who used to work for them, and they are much cheaper than when they were based at the CC and also way easier to interact with etc.

Thank you for this! Think I’m going to go ahead with it despite some opposing views, I haven’t heard anything directly bad about Dr Caoihme herself. Did she use a cannula with your lips?

Totally agree with this. I would only ever directly contact the Dr. Luckily have never dealt with the owner!

Yeah it seems the case as knew another good Dr there but he has moved on too. Can’t actually find much on the Dr that I’m meant to be seeing, It’s mostly about CC as a whole and other Drs🤔

I wonder why you would go ahead with this specific business when so many people out there warn you to stay away? You don’t know the doctor and have no real idea about her results. You will be unable to contact the doctor directly if there is a problem. You will have to deal with the owner. Read the reviews and you’ll find just how unpleasant that can be.

There are so many good clinics out there which actually care about their patients, rather than just making money. Why not go to one of these?

Social media doesn’t always tell a true story. Don’t believe all you see on an Instagram page.

But good luck. You may need it!

I haven’t heard anything bad about her or any of the Drs there. She gave me her personal email on too just in case I wanted to speak to her about anything afterwards. Dr James is also great I saw him in Birmingham. I loved Dr Ellie but she’s left and I don’t know where she’s gone.

She did, she also used a needle to create some definition around my Cupid’s bow.

I don’t know which clinic you are going to but Dr Josh who used to work there is in the same building at 10 Harley Street running his own clinic now and about £100 cheaper. Again I saw him at CC and was great too.

I think most people have an issue with the owner and the prices rather than the Dr’s themselves. I’d never heard anything bad about the clinic until I saw this thread. I know a number of people that go here and only have good things to say, but like with anything people will have their own opinions, similarly with the clinic I went to in the past I had an awful experience but they have a high social media following and other people only have good things to say about them.

Did you ever Google “consultant clinic reviews”? And perhaps read Trustpilot or the threads on pissedconsumer. It amazes me that people go to any business without actually doing any research.

No I didn’t read those sites. I know people had gone there before and had seen the results first hand so didn’t feel the need to, and as I’ve said I’ve always been happy with the results I have there too.

I understand you have something against them, but as people have stated in the thread, they have discussed the actual drs and done their own research, I don’t think anyone on here is blindly just going for them - people have asked for opinions and we have all shared our experiences. Some people have had great experiences, others not so great.

I find that a lot of the time you repeat the same thing to people on here; I know you have quoted my comments a number of times with basically the same comment. I know you’re only trying to warn people, but it kind of comes of like you have a vendetta against them and nothing they do can ever be correct. If you have had a bad experience with one of the drs have you reported them to the GMC?

I have had really positive experiences with one of the doctors who formerly worked there (I have only been to see them after they left, never when they were with CC), they have a really good rep and have always treated me well. Also, not every dr is the same. Some are really skilled, others not so much. You can’t just slate them all with the same brush.

I just came across this thread & don’t really know much about the company etc but if this company genuinely charges £400 for lip filler I would be alarmed.
I have my lips done & Botox in the West Yorkshire area (maybe this makes a difference I dunnno) and I am charged £180 for 1ml by an advanced nurse practitioner with 20+ years experience.
I have friends/family that go to other people & pay in the similar price range. Genuine question, why is this place so expensive? I know people say it’s due to having a middle person but surely that can’t make a treatment double? Is it because of social media following? I’m so confused, especially after reading some people’s experiences.

I’m in the north too, and for doctors And dentists in my area the starting prices for 1ml are usually about £300. Maybe it’s cheaper for nurses. I know friends who are medics just starting out in aesthetics and they charge slightly less than this, but still in the 200s region as they gain experience. The CC are by far the most expensive I’ve come across, along with Dr Esho. I think it’s a combination of their following and knowing they can get away with increasing prices, and also greed on the owner’s behalf tbh.

I’ve had 1ml lip filler with them years ago. The dr I had at the time was dr Sloane even though I booked specifically with dr Melissa. The owner ffyona basically took over the consultation and acted as a dr and was very pushy but also rude with it and dismissive of any queries I had. It wasn’t until i went home I realised she wasn’t even qualified. Dr Sloane (think that was his name) was lovely and reassuring. Results were fine but ffyona put me off using them again.
