Yeah I love Kelly Catrone, and I think she actually is how she was portrayed on the show, I don’t think she was acting as such - obviously it was all fake and completely scripted with regards to the girls working for her etc but from watching her in normal non- Hills related interviews her manner is exactly as she appears. Balls of steel, no frills, no time for bullshit!!!!!

There was an interview between her & Steph Pratt, and Steph was still trying to carry on the facade that the hills was real and that she was a real employee at Peoples Revolution etc and Kelly Cutrone was literally like “what planet are you on?! You never worked for me! It was a fabricated storyline for a TV show! None of it was real; I wasn’t paying you! We were BOTH being paid by MTV to appear on a tv show!”
And Steph was just pretending not to understand it and was giving it the full dumb blonde routine!!!! It was hilarious!!!!!

Yes I remember that interview! Kelly hates Steph.
 
Just looked at Roxy on insta, wow her and Steph Pratt must have the same surgeon as they look identical these days!

he seems like he could be manipulative to me. I’ll need to watch back and give a few examples!
 
I used to love the city, and the hills and Laguna beach that ending scene of the hills made me so shocked at HOW FaKE it all is especially Kristin Cavallari. I love Whitney she was the voice of reason. I loved Olivia Palermo’s style but her personality was Blair from gossip girl but worse 🤪

Also how Stephanie managed to change her name and appear in the shows is the definition of money talks, meth, arrests and theft!

Perhaps she did actually intern there. LC definitely didn't.

yeah it’s all bogus! When filming a tv show it’s all planned out - cast & crew are scheduled, there’s call sheets so that the cast know when to be on set, she would have known exactly what was going on! And also she would have signed a contract with MTV to be on the show and would have known what the show was etc

it’s not really her being insincere, I think you need to realise that “scripted reality tv” isn’t reality!!!!!!! It was a new format of the traditional tv show - by using real people and real locations it put a new spin on traditional the usual soap opera style show. She was playing a character that was created by MTV for the show. And I would imagine the all had to sign waivers to stop them from openly admitting it was all scripted/fake because the whole concept of that kind of show is that the audience buys into it being “real”

There’s an interview with Kristin Cavallari, Heidi & Audrina and they are discussing the hills - Kristin was saying that the storyline with her & Brody at the end of the show was just for the show, they weren’t actually a couple at all - she was actually going out with a member of the camera crew and was with him for months!!

What confuses me is that sometimes they will admit it’s fake or that certain situations were fake but then they will do interviews like the above and still follow the narrative of it being their real life. I understand when they are under contracts but this is years later and they all lead different lives.

Kristen has always come across as very transparent with what is scripted, what follows storyline etc.
Whereas others give you an answer depending on what they are feeling like that day 🤣

Yes I know what you mean , I can remember lots of interviews where LC said it was real.

I saw a video with LC recently and she is looking "old." She has had some work done that REALLY ages her, she looked way better natural. Her voice is also really different. Her eyebrows are so far up her forehead she looks constantly surprised.


 
Did anybody watch their latest live? I missed it but it’s saved to their channel.
Timmy was in the foulest mood, awkward to watch!
