I don’t understand how healthcare in France works, and I don’t know what type of health insurance or health coverage they would have in France. I understand that he and his wife own and/ or run a camping ground on their premises. Is it possible that he does not have healthcare coverage? He seems worried and like he does not feel well, but I’m under the impression that he could not afford to see medical care to assess the spider bite on his arm or may be financially reluctant to do so.

Is anyone familiar with the French healthcare system? Have any idea about whether he has coverage of any type or how expensive it would be for him to see a doctor? FRK would not go to see doctor about her back injury until several days after it occurred. I would assume as an independent contractor working at the dump, that she most likely does not have healthcare coverage in France.

Where is Nurse Ratched Mummy? Was she ever consulted to look at Dave’s arm? Why didn’t Cuz FaceTime his nurse mommy in the south of France and show her Dave’s spider bite to get her opinion as to what type of medical attention he may need for his injury?
Dave would have access to healthcare living and working in France with a valide carte vitale, it is a basic right. You can book a rdv with most doctors via online platforms. Most people then pay a small fee to the doctor (under €30) during the consultation, the majority of this fee is refunded almost immediately in a couple of different ways so he has no excuse not seeing a doctor.

Who else thinks the dressing gowns got vacuum packed without being laundered? Each time the rent a van I questioned why they don't borrow Amaury's white van.
THIS!!!!! ⬆️⬆️⬆️ I have unfortunately vacuum packed some clothes that had stains on them, I thought they had come out in the wash and when unpacking those stains had set for life, sadly clothes ended up as rags for hubbys tool shed and boat. She definitely didn’t launder those clothes.

Here is yet another AI generated chateau video full of errors. It shows a photo of the château owned by Dick Strawbridge and his wife Angel as the Dump. The fountain in front of the dump is a photo of a pool from a South African Safari.

Here is the funniest part.

You have to click, watch 15 seconds total, and see who is pictured as 25 year old Philip “ Johnson”, Stephanie’s current “love.”featured at 3:41 in the video. Also check out 3:55 in the video to see Phillip Johnson. The screenshot of a mortified Isabelle is priceless.
SERIOUSLY, PLEASE CLICK AND WATCH A FEW SECONDS TO SEE PHILLIP JOHNSON.

Is this a piss take, omg Gerry lol 😂

I think Dan wins by a mile……just seeing the witchy hat on the building gave me such a smile. Yes what they are doing is a bit cowboy but it’s their own building and risk …..I just hope they have no accidents . Who doesn’t enjoy tuning in every evening to marvel at the progress they are making. They will hit a million soon….for Christmas? It’s filmed and edited beautifully, there is an interesting history to the building and they have great banter. A great example of what grown men can achieve and how their skills can develop.

It’s quite amazing what has been achieved. I take my hat off to Dan and his crew and will take my serving of humble pie for thinking it was impossible.

Hubs is the Orchid Man but I do love them too!
I am so glad you found that orchid that started your Orchid Fever! :D
So sorry to hear it died but ...... you finally found a replacement!!!
There are some parts of Australia we here in the State of Victoria cannot sell or buy from - strict rules for diseases etc. This is good but sometimes you wish you could buy something. Does that happen in the US???
Hubs has joined a Orchid Society and he loves it and he can talk and talk to them every month at their meetings and they have a guest speaker!
Are you in a Orchid Society ? I think you would love it!
I do love cattleya's but you need a hot house here and Hubs ( thanks Linda Vater) is a big grower of Aussie orchid natives - all sorts and he does sell them - he does have cymbidiums as well .
My wedding flowers were cymbidiums as they were the only flower that was a cream colour - I did not have a traditional wedding dress , my husbands family were "country folk" and back then they did not approve . Tough. ;)
I do have one orchid ...... a phalaenopsis that is a green colour and I adore it but it has not re-flowered for me! Help M&M ....... any ideas???
Hubs has fertilized it but ...... nuh. Maybe I am just impatient.
You MUST give us a photo of your cattleya when it flowers....... its so beautiful M&M and I am so happy you found it !!!
I can't tell you how excited I am about this orchid! I talked to one of the owners about it before I bought it and he talked me into buying the phalaenopsis I bought with it because it has a special story for him (long story but as an intern in college, he worked for Raymond Burr - Perry Mason!! - who, along with his life partner, owned a couple of orchid wholesale businesses) and he made this cross and registered it with Raymond Burr's name.

The best advice about Phals I can give you is this - in order to set a bloom spike, they need a 20 degree temperature drop at night. This is why, at least in my climate, you see Phals blooming in early winter through spring (I know you can get Phals every day of the year in bloom, but in a greenhouse or home setting like you and I have, this is the standard of growing them!), as they set their spikes in the fall, since there is that temperature drop at night. They like it warm in the day, but cooler at night and while they like light, they do not like sun. The leaves should be light green - if they're dark green, they're not getting enough light, if the leaf edges are tinged with red, they're getting too much light. There's a lot of back and forth about what to do with the spike after it finishes blooming - I cut mine all the way off. Some say you can go to the second node after the last bloom and cut there and it will rebloom, but I've found that to not always work, plus I want the plant to put its energy into growing and preparing itself for a new spike the following season since it's usually been blooming for 6 months.

Yes, I'm a member of the National Capital Orchid Society and have been for maybe 20 or so years. I really enjoy the meetings, and since the meetings are held outside of Washington, DC, we get a lot of diversity, people from all over the world attending, and I like that. Our show is coming up in February and that's always fun.

As far as buying plants, some states do have restrictions - off the top of my head, California. This is usually because they are a huge state, growing the food we eat and they don't want plant material coming in with some weird disease or insect that could interfere with our food source. Where I live in Maryland, I can't get certain systemic insecticides for outdoor use because it gets into the Chesapeake Bay. I am as organic as I can be, but I miss a product I used to use when I have the occasional outbreak of aphids! I can drive 30 minutes away and get it in either Virginia or Pennsylvania and buy it, but I've managed to adapt or I just don't buy plants that are susceptible to aphids. But it sucks!

So were mine @Pekey! But phalaenopsis. Only because we married in August and it was about the only thing available during Winter. I didn't like them.

Forecast for 28C tomorrow down here. Time to wash the doggo!

It was 40.3C a few minutes ago. This extreme heat does not bode well for summer.

Thank you M&M........ I will put my orchid outside and bring it in when I get up and have breakfast. It will be hot outside tonight but I have the aircon on so it might be cooler inside! We are in for some Hot days!
I did get another flowering as I did that node thing but after that second flowering I had to cut the stalk off .
Its a bit too green but as we have been away I put the curtains back so no one can see in. I hope now its getting some sun it will go a lighter shade!
Thank you ...... if it flowers I will put it up on Tattle. Don't hold your breath though!!! :ROFLMAO:
Do you have a special orchid for the show coming up?
Oh bloody aphids...... Hubs has more trouble with these tiny, tiny slugs!
I have the aphid problem..... they adore my roses!!! :devilish:

No it does not Gertie!!
Lets bloody hope those Crazies don't light any fires !!! :devilish:

Washed mine the other day when we came back from South Aus. ....... I always look at the temp for Doggie Wash Days as we both live in the colder parts of Oz don't we !!!
Poor old Ratso 2 .... he is freezing and they don't seem to care too much. :devilish:
Yes. I am in southern Tas and with a Golden Retriever I need a good air drying day as he hates the blow dryer.

Ratso has probably never seen a bathtub and the only treats are the designer coats and that is only so Fanny can brag.

Would Philip, as an Actor, be responsible for the concept board for each episode. That could be why he butts in and has a role each episode of displaying his one face expression, with different head tilts.

He ensures it is Stephainie who has become the clingy one not wanting him to leave her, and expressing her love for him.

The petulant Philip is when out of concept issues arise, or Stephainie wants to pay him back for bad lines, that the petulant, nasty real look of Philip shows. He is not good at adlib due to lacking a personality.

Seems Andrew is written out for his adlib line re Philip.

How does she have the bare faced nerve to show all her viewers her burgeoning wardrobe. And then say she can't see what dresses she has because she has so many! She then justifies future spending by saying she can pack it down to nothing in vac-pak bags and actually say that space for storing more clothes purchases is no longer an issue!! SMH! Why do the syco's put up with it, facilitate it, send their bloody money for it. She's just sticking 2 fingers up at them and at tattle for calling her out 🤦‍♀️

Yeah. She also only showed one cubby, out of at least six, in her “dressing room” cough, closet. She pulled the silk drapes so you couldn’t see the rest.

I think chubby uncle has not moved from the table since he got there.
Why IS he there?

He's probably frozen to the spot.

Why are the 'little ones' still there? I would have thought they'd have been on the first flight out of the back to SA.

There's 'Family' business afoot, why else would Uncle Al put himself through such torture.

Trixie collecting more tit and seeing his parents who will probably never set foot inside the shitoo again. Didn't he get all pissy about the door paint.

Now, here's a thought for you to juggle with.......

Following on from the UFO face thingy, the new sponsored Ad is from Halara.

Who else has recently been flogging the UFO? Will they be next to flaunt Halara's wares (in fairness they don't just to gym wear...but!), yes I'm thinking of you Sarah. Don't do it!

Who else thinks the dressing gowns got vacuum packed without being laundered? Each time the rent a van I questioned why they don't borrow Amaury's white van.

Is that white Van is still running on UK plates, which makes me wonder, if so has it got a Controle Technique, Insured, registered in France. You only ever see the van moving about on the property or a quick flit to the tip these days.

He's running a business here and he'll most certainly be in the Health Care System. He could see his own Doctor who would then prescribe whatever or send him for further treatment. Or if that bad he could take himself straight to Urgences at the local hospital. The costs would be covered under the Carte Vitale and his Mutuelle (health insurance). If he hasn't been to see anyone (sorry lads) but it's probably the usual male 'oh i'll be ok' reaction, Mr Spratt would be like that unfortunately.

He may have already had it treated, Fanny didn't really give him chance to say, too busy taking the piss out of him to care.

The skin peeling like that, my guess is that arm had been very swollen and this is the aftermath. I got cellulitis on holiday a couple of years back (christ I was so ill) after the swelling went down on my leg the skin peeled like that.

As for Marie, if she's employed by fanny and is in turn registered here herself I would have thought she's got all the relevant too but Marie believes she can heal herself buy drinking her herbal remedies. She stopped her Thyroxine tablets, prime example.

Hiding off camera purchases that have not been revealed. She did not show her massive shoe collection, coat collection, purse collection, or scarf collection, and hid her crystal buckets of jewelry. Where are Loser Herbert Philip’s clothing and brooch collection stored? Moneymaker 2.0’s sweater/ coat/ silk pajama collection?

Why hasn’t moneymaker 2.0 been shown playing with all of the puzzle games we usually purchased for Ratso 1.0? Does he not have enough teeth in the front row of his mouth to pick out the treats from the puzzle game or will that be the topic of several/Christmas videos?

Hmm. Why is tonton Alain there? I reckon one, or some, of the chateau dwellers/biggio family members (maman 🦇, Despicable fanny, armoire) want their cut of grandmere biggio's house! Tonton Alain wouldn't have had to go far to talk to the other family biggio members as they all live within about a 10 km radius of each other! And if maman 🦇 is soonly heading back to SA it's his only opportunity until the next time the corpses travel to Europe.

Tattlers singing the praises of the French Health Care System, St Kathy has had her issues recently with Hubby op, prescription for dressings not filled out correctly unable to get from pharmacy, nurse not booked, then questioned aseptic technique of nurse, so it appears not to be the fool proof A Star service that we hear about ?

There will probably soon be a CD video with the title,” Amaury to the rescue!” featuring Cuz holding Stephanie’s expensive Dyson hairdryer in his dominant left hand, drinking his 4th beer of the day while frantically blowing hot air at the ass of Uncle Alain to help break the frozen bond between his uncle and a kitchen chair, finally enabling his uncle to leave the kitchen table.
