At least Robert Smith has an excuse.

Ronnie is having second thoughts.
Is that person vlogging Fanny vlogging?
They are always so loud in restaurants and when visiting chateaux, etc. I'd hate to be in any public room that they were in. I could just chuck tomatoes at her when she's "presenting", gesticulating, jumping around, posing and flicking her hair. Both she and Philip speak much too fast. She could never do that professionally. Ron was very quiet. I think, like Wendy Tittlemouse and Brenda, he is a sycophant and likes to think he's being filmed with celebrities. I hate amateurs filming for their monetised YT channels in exhibitions. It must be a disturbance to other people's experience of the places.

I’ve been giving way too much thought to the wretched heating system! Your highlighted para above is what I keep coming back to. I’ve never believed that the necessity for a fireproof room (or enclosure within that old outbuilding (stables? coach house?) was a late-in-the-day, shock-horror discovery well after Nathan started the heating debacle..

Your suggested scenario ticks all the boxes:
  • Nathan based his quote on doing the installation in its entirety and provided a detailed breakdown of what was involved from start to finish
  • SJ baulked at the cost of the nuclear bunker and “volunteered” Armoire to do the work. I imagine it couldn’t be started until the boilers, etc were n situ but, completion of the installation was delayed, as it took forever him to even begin to build the shell of the required room.
Has Armoire been working to an exact specification that would meet the regulations? If he was winging it and it wasn’t up to scratch, that’s his/SJ’s problem. Not Nathan’s. If incorrect materials were used and were ordered by Armoire, that’s his/SJ’s problem. Not Nathan’s.

Caveat to all this is if the regulations changed midway through which meant the installation was suddenly subject to different safety criteria. Even so, I’m Team Nathan all the way!

The fireproof room is most definitely a legal requirement and would/should have been made clear from the get go.

Mr Spratt did a commercial boiler installation back in 2019 and the new regulations for larger boilers changed in Jan 2020, plus there have been further changes since then. So nothing should have been a 'revelation' as Nathan should be up to date with these changes.

Day 4 of my month long BIRTHDAY celebrations! 🍾

I am a fan of Indian cinema, and today present for you a favourite little ditty from the 2015 film Bajirao Mastani, a period drama and romance staring Ranveer Singh as Bajirao I (1700 - 1741) Peshwa of the Maratha Confederacy, and Deepika Padukone as his 2nd wife Mastani (1669 - 1740).

I've been wondering where the idea came from that Fanny was off on her travels to India, essentially to acquire a stone for her stoneless engagement ring. Did the idea originate in Tattle, or come from her? I hope she goes, and heading to Rajasthan, falls off her ridiculous high heels and into the stone quarry her "antique one of a kind" gazebo came from.

Noooo Robert Smith is from near my neck of the woods in the UK.

  What does that say about my appearance...........🤣😬

That finger reminds me of the old hook hand horror story used to scare horny American teenagers in my youth!

Could you set me up with a margarita to go. Currently sitting awaiting hubs coming out of MRI scan. He took a chill pill before hand so he's good. Actually, I really like his chilled version. 🤣

Fanny said they were off to attend the scheduled tours at Chateau Chantilly. Imagine being on the same paid tour as Fanny while she's filming and narrating in her affected, phony, exaggerated RP voice while gesticulating at displays with her scraggly hands. Just as bad if Fanny wasn't on your tour, but standing behind talking over your tour.

If Fanny disturbed my tour I'd be hard-pressed not to stuff that pink up her ass so hard she couldn't walk for a week. (I sound like my father ) :ROFLMAO:
