In recent years they have pushed through laws making it a crime to do any of the above so even an owner who leaves a dog in a car in the heat is liable to sanctions. Hope the penny is sinking in.

She made it up because she has seen comments talking about how she bought the dog without going through appropriate channels and purchased the dog off the Internet and paid cash for the transfer the dog in an airport in violation of the animal welfare laws in the Czech Republic. One of the steps that viewers mention most consistently is that she did not meet the dogs parents, and did not see where the dog had been raised. Suddenly Stephanie is very chatty, dropping comments about the size of money maker 2”s parents. See how sneaky she is?
