No not yet. Friend of our had his done a couple of weeks ago? Mr Spratt bumped into him at the hairdressers, silly sod had walked there with his crutches and was in agony!
That's not good. He needs to get PMTs for transport though he wouldn't get one for going to the hairdressers. He probably thought it would be a good thing to do without realising just how hard it would be. Know your limitations. I ditched the crutches in just under a week because they really piss me off but I wasn't walking any distances but I was hobbling. Started kiné 1 week after the op and go 3 times a week. Just gentle flexation to start. I'm now on week 3 and am doing a 20 minute warmup on the exercise bike (the first 5 minutes are a killer in trying to get my knee to do a full circle) followed by stretches, tension etc., all interspersed with walking, concentrating on heel, toe. Then finishing with deep ice. About 1 ½ hour total. I can walk up and down stairs now 2 legged. I even got taken to Galaries Lafayette the other day but I got bored and found a chair to sit on while himself shopped himself out! I'm really pleased with the progress though I had no idea what to expect. The surgeon and the kinés say I'm 40 to 50% ahead of the game because I just keep working but not overdoing it. I hope your friend finds the right balance of exercise to rest.

He did the exact same 'table at the top of the stair' in Ton & uncles house... how original...
And no doubt tonton and twotonne moved it after they left.

I've been watching this reno and am torn. I'm kind of a purist, not a fan of the modern windows and doors.
The chose the modern doors and windows to be in line with the four star hotel fire safety rating they're after, and from the beginning have said they're not going for a traditional look. I'm a purist myself, but admire what they've achieved. They work bloody hard! The modern look is beautifully done and I'm looking to see how far they can take it. Budget constraints mean they won't have a pool, which I think is a mistake for a 4 star hotel. They're going all eco friendly and sustainability on the build (apart from massive amounts of concrete). Plus their restaurant is going to go all out for a Michelin rating. They have a budget of 4 million €, and have come up 2 million € short. 200 thousand € came from crowd funding and they're still looking for investors. Francis, Benoit and Bruno, the owners, have done most of the work themselves and where they require help, hire consumate professionals to do the job. I began watching de Theil before I'd ever heard of laLande, so yeah, big fan.

Caudalie products are lovely. I love their shower gels and light perfumes. When it's really hot, like now, I use Fleur de Vigne which contains white rose, pink pepper and watermelon. It isn't cooling on the skin but the perfumes smell cool if you know what I mean. As the summer ends I switch to soleil de vigne which contains aloe Vera, coco, orange blossom and jasmine. They are just delicious. I always buy their selection packs for my friend and her daughters when we go to visit them in Italy.

For hair and scalp, back in the spring my hairdresser recommended I try Klorane products. He sells expensive, fancy hair care in his salon but told me not to bother with them. He was right. He is a genius. Klorane do a shampoo that has mint and it really does give a tingly, cooling sensation to the scalp.

I am an Avene skincare gal, but right now it feels a little heavy, cloying almost. My lovely pharmacist gave me a fist full of samples when she heard I was going into hospital. All lovely but one I found I really liked for my face now it's got super hot is Vichy Mineral 89 moisture boosting cream. There is a serum too.

Tattle is not just a hate site filled with witches, witches, hellhounds and trolls. It's a caring, sharing forum looking out for each and sharing tips and love among it's members. Despicable fanny could never claim that.
Seeing as we are allegedly "at each others throats" can you recommend a toner for mine please? 😀

It could have been Omberlines dogs. Or Molly. There were patrons at the patron daze with dogs. Permasmile, the smiling assassin has a larger dog. Shrek and Sara have a dog. But I do believe that the dog died far earlier than Despicable fanny is leading everyone to believe.

I also believe that she was at the villa the Janssan Snr's had rented at least 3 weeks ago. Probably more, because another thing that occurred to me, having previously watched -Heartbroken, the lie - with the sound off I watched again the parts when she was chez moi with the sound on. There is no sound of cicadas and that is not possible. The development where the villa is is surrounded by garrigue and stands of pine both of those things make it cicada central. When they get going, as they are now and have been for well over a month, it is 24 hours a day. Unless I'm going mutton, I didn't hear any on the flog.
I suppose that it could have happened at the rented accommodation in the SoF. The timelines are all skewed and we know they were there much earlier that she intimated on the vlog. I wonder how big the Janssen's dog Spud is? He was obviously there as Fanny says he would have some of the dog biscuits the idiot purchased at Intermarche. Could he have been the dog that Lancelot attacked for eating from his bowl in the kitchen at the rented apartment. (She doesn't say which kitchen.) She also said that his father drove them to the emergency vet in less than 45 mins. At first I thought she was referring to Lard Arse but perhaps it was Snorts Sr after his dog bit Lancelot.

If this story is true, it could only have been one of Ombeline's dogs. And if Ombeline's dog was responsible for Ratso's death, she would have exploited it, thrown Ombeline under the bus and had a storyline without a rat's tail of speculation.

So I have my doubts about the story. Maybe someone wants to put an end to the speculation here.
or she was telling different story on different occasions

Sorry for this stupid question, but do toenails grow back, if you accidentally ran into an object and the nail went off?
Ouch ! Not sure if you're really referring to 'toenails' or some other adult part in Tattle lingo, but yes, I've heard that nails & hair continue growing even after you're dead. However it's easy to get an infection so keep it covered & use an antiseptic ointment. There, there😢

Thanks, I was running to my phone as my sister in law called. My mother went to the Hospital shortly before and in the dark I ran full speed into her walker that stood next to the stairs.

At least they can't kill Henri. 😂

A question about the guest dinners. Is it true that Fanny is required by law to be present at the dinners as was mentioned in an earlier post? She does seem to rush back to Lalande on Fridays but I always thought she could skip them if she needed to as she did with the Jewelyn a few years ago (not a good business move but I don't think she cares much about that).
I believe in order to side step any licensing laws or rules relating to a commercial kitchen you have to allow your guests to eat en famille. That’s why it’s so important for them to rush back to grace the table. It has become even more essential that they are there now as before Nutti and Amore were on hand and could be classified as family ( which was the case when Jewelyn stayed) but now that they have refused to stay for the evening meal it only leaves Fanny and her pathetic consort to undertake the duty.

It's difficult to imagine a woman of 50 having either a physical or an emotional interest in that "creature". I have a theory that she does not want sex (even though she pretends an interest in it). She is as also very emotionally stunted herself and could never attract an emotionally mature man, so he came along and fitted the bill "parrfectly". Because there is no real or deep connection, something is sure to go wrong. Although, as they are each as bad as one another and enable each other's weaknesses, who knows? Maybe they will survive. I just hope they both get the come uppance they undoubtedly deserve.
There's no happiness with this relationship. Outside of it, the things, the buying, the trips, there's pleasure, but this is not something I would want in life.

I I have a facial toner from a French company called Caudalie. It's made from grapes, apparently. I spritz my face with it, then fan it with a small handheld battery driven fan. It really is the only thing that cools me down, mind you that doesn't last for more than a minute before I 'm boiling again! It's called Beauty Elixir (!) and I guess it's an acquired taste as it has peppermint in and hence quite a strong scent. You have to avoid getting it near the eyes as they start weeping; maybe Fanny should get some to use in the grief-stricken vlogs!
I can remember having no A/C the year my son was born.. '91. Incredibly hot summer.. I kept my bath filled with cold water, would get in it 5-6 times a day to cool off with the baby... it helped. Was a new house so no drapes, I stapled bed sheets on all the window frames to try to cut the heat.. lol, happy days.

In two weeks I'd expect that entire room to be racked out ready for plasterboard if not already complete. It's hardly Grand Salon size, christ how long will that take him, plus all the panel bits they want farting about with.

Good he still hates the witch.
The fact he's there doing it whilst she's there proves he hasn't been doing it whilst she was away. They're very short pieces, that shouldn't take a day to do considering he's familiar with it, been framing up the boiler room etc.. She's humiliating him carrying on like he's Christ on water... he knows anyone who knows renovation work is laughing at him...
