Great points @kickingheass thank you. I dread getting into a chain which is stressful. My ex husband has suggested that I sell then rent a small flat so I will be a cash buyer and won’t have the stress of 2 chains collapsing.

Are you talking about my 4 floor lamps and 19 table lamps. Or the framed rugby signed rugby shirts in the dining room. Not my idea they belong to my son and my ex put them there. I have a lovely mirror to put up instead.
Years ago my then hubby's son started working in a glass & mirror place, used to bring scrap mirror home and started making 'pictures' with it... I must have had half a dozen BIG framed glass pictures up.. mirror with smoked mirror reeds stuck on, glass with mirror flowers stuck on... thank god when he met someone he wanted to take them... At the time we didn't have much wall art so I couldn't say I didn't need them but jeez they were dangerous... had to warn people not to lean or touch them.. 🚑 🤦‍♀️

I agree. It was presentable and presented nicely. Too outside of MarIE's remitt. Cheese board was stingey. To think of all the local cheeses they could have showcased. Instead they get chopped up supermarket pre-packed. Looks like what is offered at the deli counter on a Saturday morning. Classy.

I thought you meant this headboard style.

Great to hear you are going well C'est moi...... its lovely to finally get out of the hospital and home. :)
Hubs had his first knee replacement in November last year and his second in May this year and he is walking well and very happy he did it.
So ...... do your exercises and I guess I will see you on your bike next year doing the Tour de France - give us a wave I will be watching from Oz.
Thank you @Pekey Sitting watching the boys climb the Pla d'Adet at St Lary now. Beautiful part of France. Tough climb.
