How ignorant and rude to turn up late for a friends wedding but the do we expect any less from Hinge and Bracket.

One thing dear Maman never managed with her darling daughter was to give her manners and deportment lessons. She walks like an old navvy.

Everyone else got there for the wedding, so rude and disrepectful.

Just back from taking hubby to Doctors as he got Cellulitis again with his second knee replacement but not so bad this time as it was caught intime for antibiotics ...... so he is going good. A month today he had the Op.
So....... I have to back track and read but I cannot wait !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is Fanny in jail yet???:love:

Stephanie , I too, am an uncompromising detail champion, but, honestly, with the amazing and intricate wonder your chapel is going to be, and with the addition of seats and people, NO ONE is going to see or remember the vents or their holes when the vent covers are simply painted with the wall color. And, if they do notice them, they will be impressed with their obvious purpose of saving such a rare and exquisite building. Your greatest problem is going to be dealing with the hordes of people who want to see it. I was impressed by Benoit’s assurance that the only other such chapel painting in that condition in France is one in Paris. THAT puts Lalande in a whole new category. Hang on for the ride you are about to take! Fun…but scary - and worth every penny it has cost. Hope you are planning on ways to gently, not “profit” from it, but to see to it that those who see it and may not be staying at Lalande will feel anxious to not so gently donate to its upkeep. My family in the US is so pleased that there will be a star in its ceiling, the Charles part, in memory of my husband of 64 years, Charles. Candles to light? A fire and smoke problem. Maybe glass enclosed votives on the lawn or in the garden in front of the chapel to light it at night. Oh dear, the upkeep of those. Tiny flickering electric ones? There must be something. Ask Lancelot.

Oh boy you have to be soooo careful !
I was given oxycontin - Endone in ER a few months ago and just one little tablet and I was "feeling no pain" but they did not let me go home with a script for them and I have to say I found Endone troubling ..... the nightmares it gave me..... no thanks. :eek:

Mr GM has had Endone. He said it was absolutely shocking and refused to continue taking it. Nightmares, cold sweats and a bit delirious.

Such good news that Mr Pekey's cellulitis was caught in time!
