Once the heating system is finished and the steel beams arrive, they can rip the ceiling out of the Grand Salon. The flooring above and the work on the hallway and bedrooms will be a big project also. The moving of one bathroom and the creation of the other bathroom will be huge before the B&B season starts

She won't be allowed to make anything over the meagre budget. That will cause her a lot of stress and she won't react well to being told she can't do what she wants to do. It's all a waste of money because she wouldn't have the stamina to use those skills in a proper work environment. It would have been more practical for her to do the more basic cookery course just to improve the more basic food skills so she could do something othe than chicken in a brown sauce! I can forsee some bad feelings emerging at LL.

I noted that King Tramposo and Queen Mary of the perfect white dress held hands, she put her arm around him, he raised her hand as if she were Cassius Clay walloping Sonny Liston.....and then he went in for a kiss a couple of times?
Which she warded off?
It's quite possible combing Chateau Diaries vids for clues has addled my apprehension skills.....

Ha, I didn't see the thumbnail on this. He did go in and he got his kiss. Win for Tramposo.

When snorts was on the scaffolding looking up at the chapel vault, I was praying for 'eyebrows' to drop a big plop of plaster in his eye!

‘Eyebrows’ was super confused as to whom this creature belonged to. A Queeny, SuperWeird , under dressed ManChild running across the devastated ‘garden’ to put in his two stupid cents.. The artisan must have thought Fanny was allowing her stunted awkward son have a ‘go’ at ‘adulting’. How adorable, then the artisan realised Fanny was in a sexual relationship with aforementioned Dunce. Oh boy. What a reckoning.

Were there any saucepans with no handles, and non stick poisonous pans, any multi patterned plates, and low dirty wooden tables at this amazing cookery school?
All the prep for each dish is done this is what takes the time?
Fannys old mushrooms dried pasta and tinned artichokes did not look appetizing. I doubt Snorts ate any.

Steph's wrinkly eye area is getting worse, she also looked awful and ancient in that coat and beanie. Why does she use such thick black eyeliner and mascara? It really does resemble caterpillars and looks ridiculous with her brown crayoned eyebrows half way up her forehead. It all looks totally unnatural. Her faux-humourous, sarcastic, mocking tone when she's talking to camera, infuriates me. It's not funny. When she first started with blogging, she was much more natural, both in looks and manner. She's now manic and acting all the time. I can't understand how anyone finds her likeable. She is fake all the way through.

Suddenly? Fanny realises she is making English curtains? How many chateau visits has she made? How many years has she been visiting France?
Fanny is apparently now wanting her chateau to look and feel French?
Maybe buy French interiors magazines get a French boyfriend employ French People and better still get up at 8 am and do actual work.
Buying English wallpaper and Fabrics also does not help.
Why the idiot patron thinks this woman has taste or class IDK it's all pretence Just like her boyfriend. Have we ever seen his side of the bed or pillows crumpled.
Perhaps someone in the comments will ask for a tour of Snorts bedchamber/ study.

I've never understood why they shopped at the supermarche and not the local farmers' markets, heart of France profonde. I once actually checked out their locations and times -- they close at noon, having opened at dawn. I think we have an answer.

No planning. Never a professional person in charge of menus. ( except Cyril? Maybe? And he took off immediately after scraping falling down stairs. Not in his job description… ‘check please’) Hopefully Marie will learn how to budget and plan meals professionally. Fingers crossed. She is the only one who is taking action and attempting to move forward.

I just believe she was a bit hesitant, as it is a historic moment. She does mouth "should we" after which he leans in for a kiss.
They keep it rather professional. PDA is rarely seen, which is why the crowd goes wild after seeing them kiss.
Last time I've seen them kiss was at their wedding.

And @vitanova yes, Château de Cayx is still owned by the Queen.

Not sure if Fred will keep his zipper up for too long and humiliate Mary publicly again. Marguerite says she is strong but there is only so much she could take. Let's hope he isn't such a fool.
