Well quite. And for me the least believable bit of this storyline was that she literally helped Ed out with his chainsaw once for about 5 minutes and then decided she wanted to be a tree surgeon. And what about her wanting to better herself academically? Is that storyline now redundant? How old are Ed and Emma supposed to be - about 40? I just don't buy the storyline that Emma would or could suddenly become a professional tree surgeon, given her age and previous lifestyle.
Same, perhaps it's because I work in healthcare and have worked with/trained with lots of people who made a huge change in later life (one lady on my course had been a university lecturer for 20 years before deciding she wanted to move into healthcare at 49).I find it believable. 40 really isn’t that old and she doesn’t have a career to speak of. They were getting nowhere. I’d love it to actually work out for them. Get v bored of the Grundy scrimping by story lines.
Paul was definitely flouncy as expected at the newsWill the shine go off Alastair and Denise's romance now it is out in the open and looking a bit sordid?
Indeed… where do we think his dummy landed, I’m guessing JupiterPaul was definitely flouncy as expected at the news
I chuckled a bit at the start of the month where we had multiple characters talking about making sure they remembered to vote, don't forget your ID, the polling stations are still open etc.Wtf is going on with the preechy writing at the moment?? My favourite writers must be on holiday and gearing up for detective chris saving Alice.
First the foraging overload and now the workplace bullying. As if interfering in Freddie’s problem would have anything but negative consequences. All so preechy and forced.
Emma would bring a ladder to a Shetland pony.I’m not sure old Emmerrrr Grundy can really get on her high horse about controversial affairs…
Isn’t he just, someone should tell him his villain of piece comments from under his breath come out crystal clear over the airwaysGod, that Paul is an odious drama queen. An insufferable character not helped by pretty ropey acting.
I visualise Paul to look like the son in Schitts Creek, just the air of entitlement, and a dramatic quiff to match the ego.God, that Paul is an odious drama queen. An insufferable character not helped by pretty ropey acting.
