Because it still takes them a few hours to get ready and film all the shots of them going into the cars. And it's so realistic because all businesses do everything in two days flat.

It's no wonder they come up with a load of shite having two days on a task really.

It's so planned... The second Shama got turned down for the PM role and her preferred sub team, it was so obvious we'd be getting a "well, I told them I'd do better on the other subteam" VT.

Also, splitting them into two subgroups - but not allowing either subteam to communicate with each other - is deliberately designed to cause conflict, backstabbing and in fighting. Yawn.

Then top it off with Karen and Tim bitching and eye rolling from the sidelines and it's bingo!
