How come every year nearly all the girls have the exact same dress sense, i.e. tight dresses and heels that belong to circa 2012? Do they get told what to wear? I haven't seen anyone in a dress like that since... last year's series! And I'm in a corporate job too but literally no one wears stuff like this!

why are several of the men dressed like they're at someone's wedding? Waistcoats without suit jackets are a terrible look if you're not a barman or a waiter. Especially massive pink tie guy, looks like he's a spare Best Man.
