That a recruitment company is the most successful investment is so depressing. All the investments are in the most boring businesses going. Nothing interesting or new like on Dragons Den.
 
I'm a little confused about timelines...how many months in advance is the show filmed? About 6 months right? And then when does the winner actually find out they've won, and when do the other candidates find out who's won? I know they film both finalists being 'hired'.

I saw footage of Harpreet and her family reacting to the final and it looked like she'd only just found out, or maybe she was just overwhelmed by the reaction?

I think I saw an interview where she said she found out last week and then they filmed You’re Hired last week as well. It must be so odd having to both film a winners reaction in the boardroom though.

Both finalists were on This Morning yesterday in the studio and Alan dialled in via video call from Florida

The finalists found out in a phone call before they filmed the You’re Hired show last week

The series was recorded in the summer last year. As already said both finalists film their reaction to winning. Harpreet said she had to film her ‘win’ twice as Alan didn’t think her reaction looked genuine the first time
