I listened to Karren on Scott Mills radio show & she said that when the candidate walked into the interview she’d been like hiyaa Karren - so KB had suggested in an interview situation she should be more formal. So I think that was where the ‘it’s Baroness Brady to you’ comes from - so savage 😂😂

I was really rooting for Flo, but I suppose lord sugar has invested in plenty of recruitment agencies over the years

Yes! That would have been a terrible deal. His business went from £150,000 to £900,000 in two years (IIRC), and dentistry will always be needed. Plus rich people will always want expensive cosmetic dentistry. It's almost fail-safe. He's only been a dentist for two years, he can get rich on his own. Selling out 50% of his entire business for just £250,000 would have been a pure gift to Lord Sugar. He was just trying his luck to see if Paul would be starstruck enough to accept it.

Was it a private school? I get the impression that both of them are very privileged.

Paul's dad was in the textiles industry, and Rachel somehow had £150,000 of her own money in her early twenties.

It was very brief and nothing more was said about it - where they went.

Just caught up and I stand by what I said in an earlier post - I’m not invested at all. The interview episode is usually my favourite, but I still wasn’t arsed. Phil in the final by default because some of the other final five were so tit that Alan Sugar didn’t really have much choice. So why did these people make it on to the series in the first place? Is it because we’ve had 18 or so years of it and there’s not many decent people left? Or is it more to do with social media and how that influences reality shows these days? Either way, it’s not the same as it once was. I used to love it.

No....It was absolutely ridiculous wasn't it 😁

Tre was certainly a lively personality and generally came over well but he wasn't on the Apprentice to start a drink business. He was just using the show for self promotion. He might be successful being picked up as a presenter or something like that. Being a 'personality in the media' has got to be his end game.
