They probably did, something like her influence money, savings, he probably got an inheritance from the mother, and then their wedding money furnished it? Dunno if that would cover the whole price or only half and then a BTL mortgage for the rest.

That article posted above says they purchased a house. But then it says Terrie was excited to decorated her new 'base' which doesn't sound like something you'd say if you bought a house?!

duck that does seem too high. Even 500 seems ridiculous though, it's not long adding up. The agencies make a fortune on agency nurses though - they charge a premium to the health care provider for the nursing cover itself, so they're making mad profits.
When I was a broke student I went to an agency to find work and they placed me doing admin with a charity for 12 hours a week. I got paid 10 an hour which at the time I thought was AMAZING and I was sorting out paperwork and saw the invoice to the charity from the agency - they were charging the charity 40 an hour and I got 10 of it. It's madness like.

Né as the competition rigging.. Still around. In any other profession she'd be gone and find it hard to get anything elsewhere. Something should have been done. Especially twice with huge scandals.

That’s Terror for you! She is flighty. Likes to give the impression they’ll be off somewhere else soon but I think they did buy it! The article is for RSVP. They’re the most z list celebrity news for the non celebrities. Just reading them swooning over her gammy hand me down black and white table in the dining room and then a few weeks later she got a brand new one from Diamond Furniture!

That's true! I honestly think Terrie is one of the worst for lieing, deception and being fake. I think the nice nurse image is all an act. She's unbelievably fake. She uses nursing to portray a sweet image, but the same girl was happy to convince young nurses to move half way over the world to a country she herself didn't enjoy living in, the promises of work were a lie and they lost out on thousands of euro and totally wasted their time and money. Not an ounce of shame or remorse as she pocketed possibly tens of thousands from exploiting those nurses who trusted her. So I detest when she posts pics in scrubs and gets across this Florence nightingale angelic woman of the people bullshit
 
I know the articles say they bought it but yeah exactly she never said it herself, but will be more than happy to play along if it's actually rented.

There’s no way they bought that house. Rosie etc. has said before how they’ve struggled being self employed with a mortgage application etc. I know you have to be back in Ireland in a permanent job at least 6 months to even be considered for a mortgage. I doubt very much they had 400-500k for that house in cash just after a wedding and all the travel they do. He was a landscaper in Australia like. And they bought came home and didn’t work for a long period while his mam was dying so that all costs money to survive

Why go along with what the articles say then? As in come out and say oh we are renting..?! She really gave a vibe that it was their house and they were so excited to furnish it etc. So sick of influencers trying to portray a fake life.

EDIT: She did write a new base on the post.. Not our new home.. But never answered comments asking she was renting or buying and obviously people congratulating thought they bought it. I did and all. It's just the sneaky way of doing it... Imagine if nornal people did that as in you'd be straight out and say oh we're renting. My god the more I'm on this forum the more I see through the BS (cars that aren't theirs, houses etc.) I thought Rose's house was hers too.

What I want to know is why all those nurses who were duped by her didn’t take this further. Like if this happened me I would have gone so much further about it and I would never let Terrie alone! I know there was a scandal at the time but was it really as big as bloggers unveiled made it out to be? It sounds like it was but I can’t really understand how 100s of young nurses haven’t formed a group and gone further about it! Meanwhile Angel Terrie does a shift here and there and all is right with the world. If she knowingly recruited 100s when there was no work for them why is she allowed to work in Ireland and maintain her registration? Clearly she is of poor character. I wouldn’t want that type of person working in my hospital.

Fair enough, I rarely watch the stories I just started seeing what was on here recently and the posts. It's alot of money wasted on rent though, paying off someone else's mortgage. Rosie rent being 3000e now before bills is just shocking.

Ya renting is a waste of money but unfortunately not everyone has the ability to buy with the rules for mortgages these day. That's life now 🤷‍♀️

Sure people are always congratulating this lot for getting a new rental place. I know zero normal people who make such a big deal about renting and definitely wouldn't go decorating the whole place.

Exactly ... anybody on this that experienced this first hand?? Dont get how people so quiet about it if I was recruited with these dreams she sold she would have to have a restraining order taken out against me 😂 did she pay ye off to keep quiet or what ???

Don’t worry I’m sure Terrie-the-con did her usual begging to the landlord and had some fake scheme up her sleeve to not pay full price every month.
 
It looks like she’s back staffing in James. She’s in the staff nurse uniform for there and you wouldn’t be allowed wear that if you were only picking up agency shifts.

I mean we all know she hardly works as a nurse anymore but it’s still disturbing to me that she is actually allowed practice still and didn’t face any form of disciplinary action.

It's amazing she's only returned again now.. Money must be tight these days with less boohoo hauls etc. Plus what exactly does the hubbie do now.. Digital creator of what exactly.? 😂
