Lena Dunham was in the royal box the other day, I thought and hoped we’d left her in the 2010s. She doesn’t contribute anything to society never mind tennis.

The thing I love about the Prime Wimbledon coverage is that you can mute the commentary and just have the stadium sound

Wimbledon is not a great place for kids. Not sitting anywhere nearish to the court anyway. The players pick up on the slightest distraction, so fidgety / bored kids will be a problem.
I can’t imagine Louis attending the royal box anytime soon. Charlotte seems old beyond her years, so she will probably even be able to manage a long match (which would be a feat for most kids her age).

Might have been a coincidence, but I noticed when I went that it would be silence and there was a specific guy in the crowd that was really loud, and he’d be the only person shouting “come on Jack” at certain points, and every time Draper would then double fault or lose the point. It happened about 4/5 times, I was ready to shout shut up back to the guy
Obviously these two can probably get more in the zone, but I didn’t think that it could distract them that easily

My husband who has no interest in sport just watched a bit with me - asked if it was an important match, moaned about the scoring system and has gone back to gaming
George went the year before as well, he got to meet Djokovic after who let him hold the trophy. Apparently people were worried about him going with Kyrigos in the final and what he might hear

Interesting to see how things go for Novaxx when tested for the first time during this entire tournament. He really should thank the organizers later for making sure he got to the final the easiest way possible.
