Didn't they have to subtitle what he said in the show? and even then the content was a yawn festDont think I’ve ever heard him say an actual understandable word.

I was always on the fence about what was happening with them two. It's difficult because you know you're only getting a quarter of the story/build up/argument. My ex was awful to me and every time he started going a kind of way I'd get really anxious and it would evoke quite an aggressive reaction in me, I'd get really defensive and blow up and I'd probably seem really aggressive in the moment (and was constantly told I was aggressive, but all of my friends and colleagues would tell you I'm a really laid back and positive person) but I'd actually just been pushed and I guess reacted strongly to 'protect' myself). The way Sassi reacted sometimes to Darren reminded me of how I reacted so I wondered if the show was painting Darren in a good light to make Sassi's reactions seem over the top when she'd actually been pushed to that point. SHE went to anger management to try to better herself and was usually the one (it appeared) trying to smooth things over in the end. Like I say, it's hard to know because we only see snippets and the edited arguments, I guess we'll never really know how things went down.I just watched the episode where Darren tries teaching Sassi to plaster, she spend the whole time telling him he's a bad teacher and has no patience then wonders why he storms off.
I noticed through the whole series Sassi goes on and on at him all the time then constantly wonders why he gets pissed off with her. She makes me laugh so much though.
Sooo true gas lighters can make the other person appear crazy to everyone else outside the situation and know how to trigger people slyly without everyone else seeing itI was always on the fence about what was happening with them two.
