I really hope she’s going with mates and is getting a break from helping.Wonder if this is with Chloe and EH or friends/work people
Are you just assuming Chloe can’t ever be fun because of her disabilities. I don’t like to call people the A word but..Hopefully big Lizzie is getting a much needed break from the fun sponge

PIP cars are only to be used by the person who the claim is for, or by another person but only in a way that benefits the claimant - and considering liz is a home carer, she will have been required to get business insurance, the two just don’t go hand in hand - motability would not give her business insurance on a car that’s not in her nameI just thought and again I maybe talking a load of over this plus I just want info for myself and you all seem to know.
But does anyone know what car Chloe’s mum drives?
like my dads just phoned me knowing how hard I’m finding saving up for a car and he’s offered to give me his pip car if I give him the money he’ll be losing for it. He said insurance, tax etc would be paid by pip and if I take it I’ll save money. He said it’s all legit, with how badly I need it for work
so now I’m thinking I wonder if Chloe’s doing the same for her mum but then surely it would of covered the tyre

See I thought this was the case but all my family’s saying they know loads that do it but I wouldn’t want to risk it but then I’m so desperate for a car wish I was Charlie from y&pthink her mums car is older so i don’t think they do it. In regards to your self i don’t think it is entirely legit as the car has to be for the claimant or driven by someone else where it solely benefits the claimant. My neighbour takes hers to work but it is meant for getting her husband around.
PIP cars are usually newer plates. as in 22/23 plates, i don’t think chloe’s mums car looks that new don’t think it’s a PIP motability carI just thought and again I maybe talking a load of over this plus I just want info for myself and you all seem to know.

This is what I was unsure about my dads on the highest level barely able to walk like he walks like he’s just fell over.Would chloe even get mobility part of pip for a car? I know for DLA it’s SO HARD to prove mobility and need for a car. Is it the same with pip? I know she struggles but she’s not exactly fully incapable of using her legs so would she even be eligible for mobility benefits?
Only £1,000 I got my last car on finance and a Land Rover crashed into me on a roundabout in January. My insurance is still fighting them over liability as their story is making no sense. Everyone I know says the damage to my car was obvious there fault but my car got written off trying my best not to get another finance car as I’m now stuck without a car perks of being brought up in a poor council estate family and being the one trying to better themselves and break the cyclethere will be loads that do it however definitely not legal. Do you have any savings towards one? X
If you can afford the £70 a week (which is what your dad would be losing if you were to commit this fraud) then you can afford a second hand car surely? Before I was disabled I had cheap cars for years, I'd much rather be able to walk again than have my new car with a hoist in the boot! This is what I was unsure about my dads on the highest level barely able to walk like he walks like he’s just fell over.
many people on here has the same as Chloe and still able to work I thought the car would just be to go to appointments

Honestly, I’ll rather have a car that’s my own and just pay out for a second hand car I’m just sick of getting pestered to do the pip thingIf you can afford the £70 a week (which is what your dad would be losing if you were to commit this fraud) then you can afford a second hand car surely? I have but they said they’ll get in touch shortly as they denied liablilty for the second time and this was six weeks ago my insurance said they’ll look at next steps I’m just scared it’ll go 50/50.my claim took 6 months to sort out, are you pestering them? How long would it take you to save £500-700 More?
