I’m only just watching the last episode and am so shocked at how different Mia and Oli both look on the show versus their Instagrams. Like different people but actually found it strangely comforting. They look like your normal, average person.

I hated that scene in the restaurant with little Zenay. She is the cutest kid ever and Sassi was getting aggy about something that hadn’t even happened. Did love Z’s “what about a bath” comment 😂😂

While stating that her dads cancer is straining her relationship. Not the fact she hasn’t got a house to live in or hasnt actually settled with olly she won’t ever be happy with him until they can be together which I can’t see how that will happen he has his own son where he’s from and Maggie takes marylia most of the time so Mia can’t exactly move doubt Manley would allow it either. Mia is very spontaneous she just goes with the flow she’s defo obsessed with this new lad I actually feel for her

Definitely. What got me was when olly said she needs to figure out what’s making her sad… umm maybe living with her terminally ill dad! Doesn’t take a genius to figure out that one! Seems to me like she’s making all the effort so he probably doesn’t need to make any. She should be with someone who understands her priority should be her dad and daughter.

Also was thinking maybe this was what Mia meant about her dads not being right for marliyah- maybe it was upsetting her to see her grandad getting sicker?

Agreed with what someone earlier said about Amber, she’s so apathetic and seems depressed. Also her friend is going to get very sick of them very quick so you think she’d be trying her best to make the kids behave!

Zenaya is just the cutest! The bath comment 🥹🤣
 
to be fair to mia, as someone who has watched a parent suffer with cancer and chemo, your whole world never stops spinning, constant dread and worry, it's so much to take and she tries to put on a brave face for marliya (sorry if misspelt) and her dad, then clearly falls apart behind closed doors and olly gets the brunt of it. i know she comes across a bit desperate but to be honest she's probably terrified of losing her dad so is clinging on to other things, like her relationship which is her only escape really.

also regarding chloe, i'm sure a few seasons ago she said it'll cost 10 grand for her to go back to college to retake her GCSE math and english, does that mean she's paid £10k every year for the past 4 years to 'retake' her year 11 ????
 
Mia is quite selfish though

Gets the news her dads cancer has improved (it hasn’t gone just not grew) and the first thing she says is… I’m so relieved as I can now start to go ahead with my plans I have with Olly and with Marliyah” I get that you should continue your life but it seems like that was the real reason she was relieved. Also, the way she goes out all the time on insta she deffo don’t seem that concerned about her dad. Always on holidays and nights out. I’m starting to believe that Manley was right and Maggie does have Marliyah more. I also think the way Marliyah acts towards Mia is very different to how she is with Maggie/Manley. Doesn’t seem to care about her mom as much

Next weeks preview just shows how SELFISH Chloe is too, Jordan has been offered to go back to work which he clearly wants to do, might be good for his mental health and she’s like “what about me?” Do your own content you lazy b*tch. Most content creators do it themselves, you’d think she was like a top top creator but she’s not?

Sassi is the same old stuff. She is clearly lonely because she wishes she could go on the holiday with Darren. It’s clear it’s all about Darren.

Amber is a woman. Next weeks preview shows that. I’m glad her friend is moaning at her. She doesn’t discipline her kids properly. She is a lazy lazy person.

To be fair, Mia made sure the cameras weren’t around for the actual meet which is a good idea. Bless Marliya in that clip, reminds me of my daughter sooo much personally and looks wise lol, same age too. Probably why I have such strong opinions on Mia’s parenting on here cos I feel a little protective over her 🤣🤣

I just think Marliya hates her mom that’s the vibe I get. Compared to when you see her with Maggie and Manley she is so dismissive and ignores her. It’s probably because Maggie actually plays and interacts with her whereas I can’t imagine Mia doing that. She just wants the family unit, which is all just for show.

but wasn't she crying in a recent episode saying she didn't want to leave mia to stay at maggie's?

I'm sorry but saying Marliya hates her Mum is ridiculous. She very clearly doesn't. There are tons of moments we've seen, both on the show and on Mia's social media where her and Marliya are having a great time, giggling together and Marliya looks a very happy little girl. She also cried because she didn't want to leave Mia in a recent episode.

Yeah I agree with the above. Mia’s parenting and choices are questionable sometimes but she defo doesn’t dislike her lol
 
Maybe this is why we never see Amber interact with others or take boys anywhere. She literally cannot parent at all, how embarrassing!

Remember that awful cafe scene with her mother?

I dint think she socialised those boys at pre school age eg playgroups. I guess this is what neglegtful ‘leave your under 5 in front of crap on You Tube 6am-late’ leads to. How embarrassing!

Hope people who watch in US dont think British mothers are like this, gives us a bad name!!

Re: Marliya and Mia - I actually feel you can see they are a lot closer now and it does seem that Mia actually genuinely enjoys spending time with her. I don’t think Mia enjoyed the younger years so much and just wanted to live her youth. I’m not saying she’s a perfect parent now but she definitely seems more grounded for Marliya watching this season. I think that is why Marliya didn’t want to leave her Mum in the previous episode.
