What qualifications do you need to be a carer? I’m sure you can just start, few people I know did it for the local council and didn’t need any additional qualifications. One worked in a shop and a call centre before. 2 of these people are now working for nhs as carers

I’m not sure what you need but Charlie Hodder was a carer for a bit. If that mardy girl can get a job caring for people then anyone can!

The difference in behaviour of the boys with Ste compared to amber is crazy. Ste is quite soft too so it’s not like he needs to be harsh, he just probably follows through with stuff more and doesn’t get as flustered if they don’t listen.
