Um yes she does. They share time with her nearly equally and he is more than likely on her birth certificate which that alone would award him parental responsibility and I doubt he’s had it taken away at any time. If Mia takes Marliya away with her and her man and Manley isn’t aware and consented to it, he can possibly have her arrested for child abduction.

If she doesn’t inform him but takes Marliya and Manley doesn’t report her then more than likely nothing will happen, which a lot of people get away with. But I wouldn’t blame Mia for not taking that risk as we see how he is, especially if another man is involved

The mum typically can only bring the child without consent if she is the only one on the birth certificate or the only one who has custody of the child or if the child primarily lives with her.

I think a lot of you are misunderstanding. No one is typically going to bother her (or you) at the airport due to different surnames or even looks. But if Manley decides to be petty and say he wasn’t made aware she was taking Marliya she could get in serious trouble.

He wouldn’t even let Mia film the show because she was seeing someone new and you doubt he wouldn’t try to get her in trouble for taking Marliya on holiday with a bf without getting his approval

I go away a lot but also my children do aswell with me .
my dad told me to make memories I’m young and the children are loved and spoilt all year round , him and my mum love having the kids when I have a girls weekend away or nights out with friends or weekends away with my husband . My dad says I work hard and a good mum and deserve time with friends and making memories .

doesn’t make me a bad mum my children have multiple holidays a year aswell . People only ever judge when it’s a holiday without your kids but fail to look at the whole picture and how much you do with your children . Mia is just enjoying her life why she is young your life doesn’t stop because you have children . 😊
 
I don’t see the difference in Mia being sat at home or a weekend away while she doesn’t have Marliya 🤣 the kids at school and doing just a weekend away most the time especially in this weather just isn’t worth the travelling with a child. She is always doing stuff with Marliya and having to share her with Manley means less opportunities for things, if she was jetting off away with Marliya and this new man everyone would have something to say too. She’s enjoying her child free time which she’s entitled too

100%. Megan too. People aren’t reading or understanding what we’re saying either after repeating it multiple times 🥱 no one’s saying Mia can’t enjoy being young or her time off it’s just wayyy more holidays than Marliya’s getting. It’s also very clear the reason isn’t because Manley is stopping her either lol, she just doesn’t wanna take her simple as
 
How old is mias new Boyfriend do we know? Hee latest instagram upload of pictures he looks a lot older, strip the tan away and the horrific turkey teef (what are THOSE BTW?!) looking closely he looks a fair bit older than her. I do agree she seems to live this jet set lifestyle without M and then just fits mum life round it when it’s her time “on” as per any child access agreement
 
So she has Isabella but not the younger two.
