Team RH #12 WJS thinks he's cool and hunky, but reality is he's just a roid junkie

So the DD finally showed on my app the other day so I cancelled it. Tonight I get an email about debt collection. However as I have a tictok conversation with him telling me never to contact him again & me saying fine however I’ll be cancelling my DD as I’m not getting the service I sign up for, I’m not bothered about going to court.
Genuinely though it was going to be an great app to help lose weight but literally had nothing on it.
Welcome to the club :D

Stop! He's actually got a video now to send to people who cancel direct debits 😂😂 I'm dead 💀 just shows you how many people and how often it happens hahaha

This makes it look worse and obvious many people cancel.

Surely a cancelled subscription can’t affect credit records anyway? I’d love him to go to court and a client show all the ways that his service has failed them! Of course it never goes that far because it’s either too expensive or he knows he is in the wrong.

Nope it won't affect credit score because you don't enter into a credit agreement with him, which he won't do as credit agreements are regulated and have standards he won't pass.

Only way it would ever affect your credit score is he took you to court and you lost and didn't pay the judgement, even if he took you to court and you paid it within one month.

He will never take to court as a lot of his terms and conditions are unenforceable and it will then be on record as such opening him up to all sorts of claims.

I have it from a (recent) ex-employee that he/they have never taken legal proceedings against anyone who has cancelled as it would cost too much. Instead he has a 'team' that harass ex-members and use scare tactics like legal-sounding letters (that aren't legal/enforceable at all) to force them to continue to pay.
Yeah I couldn’t find anyone that says they have been taken to court. However loads seem to just end up paying the full year after loads of emails.

I noticed a post on Manford group yesterday asking what the best weightloss app was. A few recommended RH and even tagged him.

Really? Normally they're swiftly removed by admin because the posts then go haywire with members saying to avoid like the plague!

*Edit- they must have been removed? Only one recommendation and it got 2 'laugh' reactions. 😅

Well my 1am spam emails from them demanding money for cancelling my direct debit 3 months ago seem to have stopped, the 🔔🔚 may have finally got the message that I’m not paying him for nothing 🤦‍♀️and his threats don’t work on me
Same as me, I’ve had nothing since 21st July. No further emails. No letters or anything.

He is such a LOSER
