He's a evil nasty person I can't stop anyone worrying, but he hasn't taken anyone to court, he's even issued cease desist to tiktokers but can't enforce so has ignored his tit

Oh no way I’ve not seen other tiktokers on about him, did they cancel it too and he went after them or just because they were talking about him he didn’t like it? I feel like if he knew his plans were so good he wouldn’t need to intimidate everyone into paying for a year, people shouldn’t want to leave after a month or two it shouldn’t just be forced before you even join

This is probably more to do with his tit systems that his "world class" team built

But like everyone else has said, ignore. He's never taken anyone to court and never will

For the people who worry about their credit rating. At no point do you enter I to a credit agreement so he can't hurt your credit rating. That is unless he takes it to court and gets a judgement against you and you don't actually pay it off that is only way he could get to your credit rating.

Im reality he hasn't taken anyone to court because his terms and conditions are unenforceable the waiving of a cooling of period has no relevance in actual law.

He will never take it to court as he will lose.

Obviously this won't stop most worrying about his threats but if it stops one person worrying my job is done.

the other possible thing with court is if he did go, and lost as it’s likely not enforceable then there’ll be a lot of people who felt stuck in a contract/ paid off lump sum early who would potentially be entitled to compensation.

The other “reminder” I had prior to this was sent during the daytime and was just once, whereas because I didn’t reply to that one at all so as to not give him the reaction he wants and thrives on I got sent 6 every minute from 1am that morning, and nothing since. I think he knows what he’s doing. Especially if he looks on my log he will see that I had a week where I virtually did no steps and I put on there that it was because of looking after my poorly son who needed to be cuddled 24/7 for that week and screamed when put down. I feel he knows what he’s doing and it’s harassment so I’m keeping all evidence. In his own T&c’s it states no harassment

So I joined thinking the app would be of use. However after paying my £7.99 it quickly came to light that the food app is crap. Hardly anything I eat is on there, no out to eat restaurants. He is relying on members to add the ingredients of food themselves. When I questioned this on his TikTok I was immediately banned.
To expect his customers to complete the information needed on his brand new app is beyond a joke.
I’ve ended my DD after 10 days as he hasn’t fulfilled his end at all.

When you joined did they set up your DD straight away? Only asking as keep logging on to cancel on my banking app but no sign of DD set up. Been over 2 was since I signed it.

I paid for the first month upfront on debit card and then a few weeks later the direct debit was set up
