just went back and checked, after Rep she only did a short caption too, and then released the trailer for the tour on Netflix on her birthday. (please can we have it back Mr Netflix!) She might surprise us on her birthday with announcing something, but if the cameras were only just there I can’t see a trailer for anything being ready to be released that quickly surely?! Or she might be just cabbaging in bed with a tub of Pringles and her remote pointing at a Friends marathon not processing anything at all!

Hate to be this person but this is literally her job and if she is too tired and lost for words, she can always get her PR team to do it

I don't think she needs to be announcing things left, right and centre but as a brand it is her job (or really her PR team's job) to keep a good relationship with her fans. They can undoubtedly see that some people were disappointed so giving a few more words just thanking fans really isn't that hard

Though personally I'm of the view that it doesn't really matter but I can see how Vancouver fans would be annoyed because their shows were interrupted by filming
