But why does she always need the man to pick her back up onto her feet, the better symbolism is her doing that for herself and her handling her tit as the song is about, making it all about him in that way is the wrong optics for this particular song!

Taylor’s entire discography is about being saved by men/finding the one/being swept off her feet.

I prefer your take on it but it’s not off brand at all for Taylor Swift to be saved by a man.
 
She’s making a fool of herself and when this all blows up the hate Travis will get will make Matty Healy look like the nice guy.

He has a type, which is the polar opposite to Taylor and he’s also cheated on every girlfriend he’s had. There’s already rumours about him sniffing around some model whilst Taylor’s away on tour, this is only going to go one way

That’s true - tbh I would love to see her be single for a year, I think it would be really good for her.

Given the song choice idk if it’s really symbolising her being saved by a man

“look at me I’m doing my job and looking happy while depressed and I have a new relationship and we are sooo happy”

should have got him up there for another song
 
I’m just glad I got to be there and the whole Travis appearance was a cherry on the top for me. I can live happy knowing I was at the show it happened and enjoyed it! As soon as he came out my thought was no way, then immediately to you guys having a fit and hating it 😂😂

I love him, you guys hate him but hey go on to Dublin the show must go! I was gutted I didn’t get So Long London but had an epiphany as I was trying to sleep - what if she plays it night 1 Dublin instead as she’s left London and the 3 nights had a good run? 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

I know, I just think maybe she could try and save herself in the middle of her thirties, I don’t think it’s healthy masking things going straight into another relationship when you haven’t healed from the last, but she has her MO i guess. Also making Karma, the new section of your tour So High School etc and now this latest performance is a bit much, and I like the guy who plays for my NFL team so I’d be saying this about whoever it is. She chooses to make everything about the guy she’s with as if she thinks she has something to prove to the world and herself, when she really doesn’t.

I have a friend who rushed into a relationship, bought a house and got engaged to the first man who showed an interest in her after she turned 30. All before their one year anniversary.
I think people are scared of missing out on certain milestones.
