@Caffeine Fiend You are amongst friends here, fiend. I get feeling embarrassment at how our brains play tricks on us and make things other people seem like they don't think twice about feel really difficult. But you're not alone.
Sometimes it helps me to go through the "worst case scenarios" of what makes me anxious and formulate plan A, B... Z. Other times, distraction is more helpful.
I do always tell myself by this time tomorrow/in X many hours it'll be over and you'll be okay. And I remind myself that if we are here, then we have a 100% success rate at keeping ourselves alive ❤
