Series 14 went downhill for me.. sorry to the Fern lovers but I didn't find her funny. The studio silliness wasn't really up there either imo. It felt a bit flat.
Shame because I love the show!

Wish Sean Lock was still around because I'd love to have seen him on it 💔
I think Diane M would be Jo Brand-esk which I'm here for ..
Also would like to see Maisie Adam on it

Sean Locke would have been amazing and I tear up at him not being here to do task master
 
John never got any better/funnier, Munya was ok but got annoying towards the end. Dara had a cocky bully vibe I didn't expect or enjoy. Loved Fern and Sarah. So a mixed bag this time. I think next series will be better. Frankie and Jenny are both smart asses and quick witted and will give Ivo hell. Mae? Not sure, a bit boring on podcasts, tv show wasn't my cup of tea. I've not heard it seen the other guy. Ghosts isn't easily watchable where I live so I've just seen the US version.
 
Sarah Millican was so robbed of the series win! Dara was weirdly cocky and annoying. I don’t think this series did him any favours 😅 but I did think it was the funniest series for a few years!

don’t know whatFrankie Boyle Will be like…. Can’t imagine him legging it around the taskmaster house… he seems so sedentary!
 
I’m always amazed that Taskmaster has filmed not only the contestants tasks without any hint of names being released but they’ve also filmed the whole of the studio stuff

Each series the secrecy is just so well maintained it’s impressive.

Wouldn’t surprise me if there isn’t a champion of champions 3 already being filmed now plus a series 16 being post produced already as well.

If you know where to look the rumoured names are generally leaked around the time the studio filming schedule is announced - for example, this year Sarah Milligan cancelled a load of live shows that coincided with the studio dates so it was highly likely she was involved, and I think Munya cancelled some stuff too.
Then once the first studio day is filmed the full set of names is usually available on comedy forums for those who want to be ‘spoilered’. Sometimes they get spotted filming the tasks if they’re out & about in public, but I’ve noticed that even with the covid restrictions lifted they’re still mostly filming in non-public locations.
 
I saw the leaked cast ages ago. Probably whilst they were filming. It's hard to avoid TBH depending where you frequent online. Usually spoilered though.

I feel the same. I’ve occasionally found him to be bearable, but mostly I find him quite unpleasant and I don’t know if that’s going to work on Taskmaster.

Some contestants manage to pitch the ‘arsey antagonist’ role just right (Romesh, Rhod) but others don’t manage to pull it off and just seem twattish (Iain, Jamali)
