She was live a bit back, eating spam fritters. Moaning about how her midwife team have told her to go to slimming world to lose weight. Usual tit about buying cots/prams etc.

Yeh she was moaning about slimming world (which Tbf I agree with her on like calorie deficit > syns/speed/“health extras” etc) because the team have told her to go. She was talking about how she’s high risk but not at all concerned. Then justifying her eating habits saying “I don’t even eat that much that’s the thing” like you didn’t get that size for no reason you thick witch

said she’s high risk due to her weight,having back surgery, her MH in the past and then “something you all don’t know about that I don’t want to share”

her medical records must be insane jfc

Slimming world is calorie controlled, it just doesn’t put numbers on it. The ‘free’ food is food that will fill you up more and the rest is measured etc to ensure that you don’t over eat it. I do get that there is a lot of negative press around slimming world but it does work for some people.

I don’t like slimming world as a diet either but I know it’s the one that the NHS recommend so I can see why they have.
It’s mad she’s not taking them seriously. She doesn’t need to do slimming world but she could do something else to lose weight.
She’ll be classed As a high risk pregnancy/vulnerable pregnancy because of her weight, history of domestic abuse, the fact she was in care/adopted, her mental health and suicide attempts and then anything else we don’t know about.
They will keep a close eye on her and refer her to social services if they are worried (if they haven’t already)
 
She doesn’t care about slimming world, she’s just using it as another excuse because she simply cannot be bothered. Anyone remember the swimming she was going to start going every Friday? She gave that up before she even did one session. The fact she started trying for a baby after being told to lose weight first is so irresponsible of her, and she is just continuing to be completely irresponsible.

More problems she has, the more attention she’ll get, and we all know she wants that more than she wants a baby

Not putting numbers on it is the issue though, “free” foods are often white carbs which are nutritionally void whereas nutrient dense foods like avocado and bananas are penalised as “high syn”. A Strongbow Dark Fruits is the same (or fewer “syns”) as an avocado. Therein lies the key issue- nutrition is just completely ignored!!
And don’t even get me started on the infantile language like “speed” “body magic” and all that nonsense.
The coaches do not need qualifications in nutrition or dietetics.
A sensible calorie deficit tracking your macros and micros means you know what nutrients you’re putting in your body which is what a pregnant woman should have. As well as regular exercise.
It works for people because they are in a deficit, unknowingly, but it is one of the worst fads in modern dieting. Because then once they go off SW they have no understanding of how they lost the weight, then gain; and have to go back. Not to mention changing syn values of foods when their actual nutrition value hasn’t changed. Anyways rant over lol I’m sure there’s a thread for that 😂

Looking at her from the side she’s huge, and that’s just fat so imagine how enormous she’s going to be with a bump?? It’s going to become an actual disability, she won’t be able to move around
