Wow. I didn't realise things were so bad that he can't afford his mortgage and may have to sell up. He really overstretched himself financially with that house - pretty sure he said that himself when he bought it. Sarah never even wanted to move, but he insisted.

It's not that surprising, he was the least successful of the Brit Crew and had just his YouTube income with very little side projects (just his failed stationary line and the GQ column, right?)
Still, he didn't just own half of the 2m London house, but him and Tarn also kept their Norwich house and rented it out to Tasha. They either sold it or Tarn payed him out of that too.

What is he earning an income from these days? Haven't kept up with him since the divorce.
 
Only saw Tanya was back on YouTube a few weeks ago. Have been watching and catching up. Couldn’t even finish watching the baking video as she was so boring. The most boring was her reading out the stuff she wrote as a child. I can understand maybe one sentence if it was particularly funny. Does she really think people are interested? The viewing figures speak for themselves.

I was really looking forward to watching house renovations stuff - thanks to everyone who posted RightMove hints. What an absolutely crap effort. Could have made for some really interesting content for once. And I’m sorry but begging for a Wickes kitchen is hilarious. So weird all of the kit hon units will cost less than half of the Soho House bathroom vanity. I would say her priorities are wrong but it just shows her to be a massive cheapskate.

Edited to add her hair is absolutely fucked. All the money and time in the world and it looks like that. And then to think she’s paid to promote hair stuff. Good God!

Why only £1.6mil house then after selling her £2mil+ old house? It's either they don't have that much money or Dan did indeed want the house to be half his

I agree and just like with others from that yt gen, it’s amazing and a tad depressing at the same time 😂 I mean, I still follow (on tattle) people like Lily Pebbles, The Anna Edit and Niomi Smart. And while they all might have questionable tastes, boring lives and/or awful partners, it’s obvious that none of them have to worry about money. They can work the absolute minimum on social media and still make loads with the occasional ad, many undisclosed ads, pr gifts and affiliate links.

If Dan wanted to own half then that leaves Tanya with a lot of left over £££ from the sale of the Fulham house. Probably invested. Honestly this woman is not going to be worrying about money beyond rich person money worries any time soon. She’s picked back up the influencing to make more bank and keep herself in the ‘public eye’ / keep up her influence now she’s given up with acting..
 
Bogdan and Bogdan II will be going to some pricey schools too, I imagine so maybe she wanted to free up some loose change.

The fact is, that these youtubers were raking it in and money comes to money. Unless you go out of your way to spaff it a la FunforLouis, it is very easy to keep accumulating it. Just think before the regulations came in how many times you heard, “guys, we’re stopping in M&S. I’m OBSESSED with Percy Pigs! I always have to have some for any car journey! Oh and look, they’re on offer!” Or, “I tell you what guys, I’ve been obsessed with Evian water lately I don't know what it is, I’m just really enjoying a cold bottle bottle every day with my breakfast” How many times did Zoe and Alfie gift Biscuiteers to people on any occasion or pop into Brighton to try the new Doughnut Time doughnut?

I personally put the return YouTube down as trying to do something with her days to justify not always looking after Herb.

Maybe to reduce or be mortgage free, maybe the new area didn’t require as much money, perhaps to allow her to take/fund maternity leave, maybe take the equity to buy a holiday house in Norfolk too…. I don’t think you can take much from that.
 
This is so petty and random of me to critique, but whatever lol. This is a classic example of how expensive items are totally wasted on influencers...

That's a $74 candle and she's using it incorrectly. It appears that she didn't even trim the wick before burning it. The flame is way too high and she's probably going to end up with a tunneled candle. It also shouldn't be smoking like that.

I got one of those candles as a christmas gift a few years ago and I still havent lit it because its too expensive 🤣
