I remember when she first started using logos on everything and there were items that seemed sus to me. So I used google lens and found links from DHG and other knock off retailers but none to the actual brands websites. The items simply didn't exist in the designer collections.
If you saw a shirt for example and clicked through to the dodgy links you'd find an entire logo outfit and then you'd randomly see her wearing the entire look a month later- the time it takes for it to arrive from China. If you google lens a lot of her bags these same websites come up. They are relatively passable but someone who knows will notice the lack of engraving on the hardware, the lock covers being a different material than the ones the sell in stores but being consistent with the ones on these dupe sites. I have no doubt that she might one a handful of real bags- maybe two retail and some second hand with the help of pre-loved partnerships but in my experience she shows a lot of bags she says are "rare" or "limited" but she shows them with the wrong box- an orange inside instead of the blue. These knock off websites sell the bags with Hermes boxes, or you can even buy real empty boxes on eBay.
Someone who is dropping hundreds of thousands a year on Hermes would know the difference between a blue and orange box. Someone who spends that much money would have gotten special orders/ real exotics/ rare bags. When it comes to the Hermes shows she only wears easy to get small birkins or kellys in "shocking" colours aka the colours everyone else turned down. If you're buying handbags the same price as a house wouldn't you show them off at fashion week? Someone who shows off as much as she does would wear her rarest bags yet only wears the basic ones that happen to have the engraving on them. Then comes the 3 quota bag limit. You can only buy 3 kelly + birkins combined a year. She was robbed in 2021, so that gives her 4 years with 3 quota bags each- those are 12 bags maximum. How many unboxings has she had since then? For reference: Kim Kardashian owns around 30.

There was a girl on a forum for bags. Every time Tamara bought a bag, she had a new bag. Same specs and everything. Every time after a couple of months, the bag was not it. Say that once and people will flood your dm's to take it off your hands. That went on for years. After a while I could not hold it in and posted it here. The next day her account was gone. All her messages were deleted.
That forum does not delete accounts or posts. They only do that in request and if you got a really good reason. Since you can not manually delete posts. Somebody has to do that post by post. Friends of mine had a personal account and matched that by accident to her online account. That reason was nog good enough to delete her history. It was so strange. Something goes on for years ( and after what, 10 bags or so it can not be an accident anymore) and then the account gets deleted within a day. Somebody was on top off that and it was not me.
My best guess is that she bought real bags. Mentioned some sob story on a forum. Sold the real deal and bought a super fake. If you buy certain leathers even the worst real life fake will look real in photo's.
Just as she has not worn some of her jewelry in years. One night she decided to wear all the jewelry that has an important meaning. Gifted by boyfriend, gifted by family, not gifted by brands. And that is the night she got robbed. Sure Jan.
And then her website. Where she resells things and the money goes to charity. That means she looks so humble. But it also means that she can deduct everything she makes in taxes. Double win. She can even sell the things she got gifted. Make money from things you get for free. Triple win.
The influencer life can be faked really well. Buy likes. Buy followers. Buy comments. Buy or borrow and bring back or sell things as you are done with it. Groups of micro influencers who rent a penthouse. Shoot different outfits, use different lighting and you can use that content for months. It is not about wealth but about showing wealth. You can get thousands of followers and a pretty big online following with an anonymous account showing off fake bags and jewelry. If people get away with that, nobody questions the girl that started an influencer carreer years ago. If somebody supposedly has money, nobody is going to inspect a bag. That would be rude. And it does not cross people's mind to inspect somebody's bag if they already used it for a couple off months.

At first she buys real bags. She has some from stores but also bags she gets second hand preloved. Whenever she works with a website that sells them. Especially right after she got robbed. Around the same time that poor Tam got her elephant replaced by a gifted diamond encrusted elephant.

She even posted that she was Xenia's +1 to previous Hermes events where I'm pretty sure she was posting about 20+ "Hermes" bags and Xenia had maybe just bought her first one?

Tamara is not an influencer. Just an insecure girl who can afford to look like other rich girls . And the only reason why she is still present is because she started at the beginning of the influencer era .

@spicymargarita I would have said it a bit nicer but I do agree. She is so hip it hurts. It is also reflected in her followers, mostly teens. If any demographic is aspirational it is them. You can see it in her engagement. Empty comments that look like bots. The lack of work outside off her own channels. Hardly any front row seats, works with d-list brands

So true. Like what does she actually do apart from rip open boxes. She has no personal life as such. No friends. She only hangs out with Xenia, Caro etc at fashion shows. At least Josie tablescapes, gardens, food shops. Lydia speaks about her goals that she’ll never achieve
like horse and house buying. Victoria speaks about how she feels. They have some context to their life. Tamara literally just tries on clothes after clothes after clothes.

To be honest, I was surprised that up until today, she hasn’t blasted her wedding content, or if there is any. If it wasn’t for us asking her to do that, she wouldn’t book a wedding dress fitting at Elie Saab.

I trust an article based on a police report and my own eyes more than her career.
