Same. Be disgusting if she won a case (unless something really not her fault happened like they harvested some of her organs at the time or something) but the fact is this is Ireland and she will end up winning you see it all the time.
 
Sorry lads Ive been sick all weekend. I wasn't 100% sure if I could post it, I wasn't being coy at all. If you look it says an appearance was filed on 5/9 which is a solicitors firm for the first or second defendant. There was one submitted earlier. Be interesting to follow. Its High Court so that means she is looking for serious money circuit goes up to 70k I think

I was thinking high court is the biggest (hence the name) I’m shocked it’s in high court.

I wonder once it starts does the day to day become public, like cases in the UK.

You can bet your bottom dollar that they will search through everything, they'll have private investigators and all sure this will ruin the surgeon and Avoca

Anytime there is a motion or anything it will appear there under the search bar. It will be Public there will be no in camera ruling for a case like this. Id imagine the media will cotton on to it as well and will be reporting. She's suing for medical negligence I'd say. Wonder did they leave anything in her? That does happen

I reckon if it was something like that she would have said. The fact she’s hidden it suggests to me that she’s somewhat at fault.

I don't know, solicitor wouldn't take it on if they didn't think there was a case. Something dodgy there and for it to be High Court I would imagine alleged medical negligence of some degree. Who knows, she still well able to go out on piss anyhow
 
Same as everyone else, I hope it backfires on her and she loses the case. But watch her following if the media start reporting on it, it will escalate and she will be only fecking delighted with herself. Cos she really is that shallow. As I have said before, in my own opinion she did not follow the aftercare instructions properly...sure wasent she on blowing and bragging only a few days after the surgery... and telling the world about marhin having to cut off her pissy knickers....she deserves all the issues she has had since and nothing will change my mind about that.
 
Ok, I just searched both her first name and current and former surnames as plaintiff, no year, and someone with the same name had a PI case for Tesco, and another for Dunnes stores.

If it's the same person, they must be very unlucky to have had more than one personal injury 👀👀
